The early check in was a god send. Checking in at noon was well worth the extra $20. The Onsen was AMAZING. Hot spring on the 12th floor overlooking Tokyo by night is a memory for life And then a quick 5 min walk to terminal 3 to catch my flight, tops.

This property is connected to the airport, but good luck finidng it easily. Signage is terrible. We walked ina circle and went to the wrong floor even after asking the airport info desk for help. Once we arrived in the lobby, inhad tobuse a kiosk to check myself in. This hotel provides zero services from staff..its a wonder that they have anybody but housekeeping working. The check out process is also through the self servoce kiosk where you have to turn keys back into the machine. Nuts.

Hotel facility is new , clean and neat. And it is connected to the Haneda Airport directly, so it is very easy to get to the subway station and safe. But the hotel didn't do bedmaking everyday.
