I am a canadian and it was my firts time in tokyo and i am so used to have a big room so when i saw the room i was so surprised because the room was so small no place for the suitcase but i must saw the room was very clean and they provide everything you need in the bathroom toothbrush toothpaste soap shampoo everything i was very surprised even pyjamas so yes over all i will absolutely recommend this place and also its walking distance from the attractions very nice place food was awsome too.

Everything at this hotel was perfect. Staff spoke English and were very kind and helpful. Our twin room was warm and cosy with good wifi ,a fridge,kettle,and extras should we need them.Our room was cleaned every day and was spotless. Breakfast was wonderful...a large variety of hot and cold items that apoealed to everybodys taste and was buffet styleso you could have as much as you wanted. We had the loveliest 8 night stay here and I will recommend it to everybody. Walk to JR station took only 10 mins snd limobus stop only about 12 mins away....

This was the perfect hotel if you are a 1st time traveler to Tokyo! Right next to the subway station that can take you everywhere. The hotel room was clean, modern, and easy access. The rates were affordable. It was perfect for myself and 3 other adults.

Our room sleeps 4 and was really cramped. It’s not possible to fully open 2 big suitcases; a reasonable amount of baggage for a family of 4. Layout of the room did not really make sense as the toilet is huge but living area is cramped. The toilet auto flushes or cleans every few minutes, which is a waste of water Additionally, the heater in the room did not seem to work. Towels were old and thin. For the price of the accommodation, more is expected. It gets quite noisy as sirens can be heard in the middle of the night.
