Great hotel. The room was spacious and had every amenity one could need. Very conveniently located too, especially if you're going to Akihabara. The breakfast provided was really good too. Room was always serviced before i got back for the day so that was really cool. Overall great place to stay.

Staff members were very nice. The bed all together was very uncomfortable, the hairdryer was so slow and no outlets were in the bathroom, but there was only one mirror located inconveniently outside of the bathroom where I could dry my hair kneeling on the floor because the cord wasn’t long enough. I tried to control the temperature inside the room but it didn’t let me to do anything, I think it’s simply controlled by the hotel, the small humidifier in the room didn’t do much either. Couldn’t open the windows they were locked, need an update on the tv they are too small.

Room was expensive for the size and amenities. Bathroom was a bit too small. Even smaller than expected as we were aware the room would be small. That was by far the weakest point during the stay.
