Reservation details: Total booking amount: $1,208.22 Stay length: 4 nights, 2 rooms Actual stay: 1 night only After contacting your support team, I was informed that: The second night would incur only a 20% charge The third and fourth nights would be fully refunded Based on this policy, I expected a refund of approximately $845.77. However, I have only received $421.06, which does not align with what was communicated to me. Please provide a detailed breakdown of how the $421.06 refund was calculated, or issue the remaining balance owed according to the stated cancellation terms. Clean hotel with friendly staff in a great location! Convenience store next door, laundry on site that was easy to use (but don't expect the dryer to dry completely), nice free toiletries. Very happy with room layout. It was small compared to US hotel rooms but efficient and worked perfect for us. We had a double bed and it was compfortable, he is over 6 feet and we are both currently over 200 pounds, so the pajamas provided didn't fit us, but we didn't expect them to. We would stay again, no complaints!

The location is super convenient to Akasaka Station (2 blocks away), close to lots of businesses (bars/eateries), and the combini right next door was super helpful. Rooms are a tad on the small size. The laundry machine is combination washer/dryer, and does not have separate cycles.
