The only inconvenience was the room was very tiny and hardly any space to move around. If you ate travelling as family with lots of luggage, this is not advisable. We stayed only 1 night so it was ok for us to adjust.

We had a great stay in Tokyo as a layover for our Japan ski trip. The hotel was well located and we were able to easily get to sights. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

Great hotel

My second time to stay in this hotel. The location is great, room is very clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I feel very comfortable to bring my family together for this 5-days stay.

Hotel is in a nice quiet and safe area. There were some cafes around plus a couple of convenience stores which came in super handy. Staff was very nice though they spoke very limited English - had to use google translator.

Very dusty room and bad service

The location of the hotel is amazing as it is close to the train station and lots of konbinis around. However, the cleaniness is super bad. The room if very dusty! you can see ball of dusts everywhere. You will see in every corner of the room it is very dusty. Ive the front desk and the house keepers if they could vacuum the room TWICE as both my husband and son have allergies, they just said Yes but didn't do anything. My son had a severe allergic reaction becuase of the dust; swollen and red eyes. My husband couldn't stop sneezing once we are inside of the room. Too bad as this hotel has great location but VERY BAD HOTEL ROOMS AND SERVICE. I will never book this hotel room again.
