We spent four night here and the room and amenities were very clean and well located. A very short level walk to nearest station and short train ride to Shinjuku. Very easy to get around from here. The room was ideal for our family of four and we would stay here again when visiting Tokyo. Lovely quiet neighbourhood with local food options across street and nearby.

This was no frills place to stay while in Tokyo. It was a good location close to a train station and bus stop. Highly recommended. Note you have to climb a short flight of stairs to get to the elevator.

The room was clean and as described. Walkable to train station with easy access to everywhere. In room washing machine with laundry detergent provided. This is an unmanned apartment-hotel and instructions for check-in were sent 2 days before arrival which were clear and simple to follow. Overall, a great value! Would stay again

Setup was as expected from photos. Outer walls not very soundproof, but inner walls (toilet, bathroom, closet) were. Fan didn’t work in bathroom so it was always wet inside unless the outer door was left open. Gas stove didn’t work and electric stove needed to be plugged in at the table so it was a bit awkward for cooking and eating meals, but otherwise the stay was nice. Very conveniently located for transportation and groceries/ convenience stores.

Google can give problematic directions from the hotel location but if you use the nearest station, Nakano Fujimicho, then its a quick train ride anywhere. Property overall was decent and the price was excellent especially if you are traveling with family. Would stay here again.

The room is big enough for a family of 5. Location is good - only one bus ride to Shibuya. I am happy with the amenities. It would have been nice if a dryer is included but I am not complaining. Smooth check in and check out process. Definitely recommended.

It has coat hangers and sturdy metal hanger. Vacuum cleaner was really helpful to vacuum seal our clothes and 5 big stuffed toys that we have won from claw machine.it is only 8 minutes walk to Nakano-fujimicho station. There’s Jonathans restaurant across the place. It is also near to 7-11, Family Mart and medium sized grocery store.
