We stayed here during our kids first trip to Tokyo and they loved the garden and the spaciousness of their room. Their favorite was the breakfast. We went 3 times as it was delicious. Having a 7-11 in the lobby was so convenient. The staff was always helpful and they made our stay very comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

We found someone else’s breast milk stored in the refrigerator. It appears to have been left there by another guest, and the container was leaking. This raises concerns about sanitation and could be considered a biohazard. We informed the front desk at the time and were told the manager would be notified. However, more than a week has passed and we have not received any follow-up. We are disappointed with how this was handled, as it has made us uncomfortable using the refrigerator.
