Generally a great hotel. The location was fairly quiet but plenty of shopping and food nearby. The rooms and bathrooms are very small but clean and comfortable. They have a large onsen with plenty of lockers.

Staff was professional and I love how Lawson was just at level 2 of the hotel. Extremely convenient. Washer are available and there’s even a ice machine available Train station was nearby and there are plenty of food options.

The spa and amenities were great! It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also very convenient with close proximity to two train stations which made sightseeing easy. The buffet breakfast had great options and everything was delicious!
