Clean and well located !

The hotel is clean, and the staff are kind and welcoming. The hotel is well located — just a 3-minute walk from a metro station and 5 minutes from a lively neighborhood with a great atmosphere and several restaurants. The room is small, but that’s quite common in Japan.

The hotel room was so small and the only place to put luggage and clothes was under the bed, so having to take the suitcase out from under the bed everyday to get out the outfit for the day was very annoying. Also the toilet was not properly cleaned, the front desk said they would have it cleaned by noon but the cleaning crew did a very poor job and residual waste was still present under the toilet rim when we returned to the room.

Excellent place to stay and cheaper compare to other hotels around the area. Expect room to be smaller than standard American size bedroom. It’s very tight space but very clean. Have breakfast that’s very normal Japanese food and a little bit of western type food.

The staff were very helpful. Easy to check in and out. Very straightforward to leave my bags and pick them up after I checked out. The only thing I was disappointed was I could hear a guest watching TV at night and found it difficult to sleep (but I am quite sensitive about noise when I try to sleep.) Otherwise, I was happy with the stay.

Nice hotel in a quieter part of Tokyo. But there are restaurants and bars within a few blocks walk offering great variety.

I wouldn't reccomed this hotel at all. Firstly the staff are really unhelpful, they heavily rely on the automated self check in and check out and don't try to help beyond that. Secondly the rooms are horrendously small, I can't express how tiny they are there is no space at all. This room goes beyond basic and if you’re travelling in a pair I'd reccomed avoiding this hotel as these rooms are not made for two people with any luggage. Lastly the rooms are really dusty the beds and pillows and really used/ old. Overall really unplesent experience and I absolutely dreaded spending any time in this room.

This hotel is perfect for solo travelers but maybe not for groups. The location is right next to a train station, which makes traveling around Tokyo via train significantly easier. Also, because this general area has a lot of government offices and buildings, there are security/police almost always so that’s extra security but Japan is still very safe. Easy check out too. Honestly though it is a bit secluded but the nearest convenience store is like a 5-7 min walk.

Small but good value room

Easy to find, but in a quiet/sleepy area - provides a clean and relatively comfortable room. The room is on the small side, especially the bathroom, but a good nights' sleep was had. Staff at check in were not very efficient and I didn't see the point of a self check in desk when staff insisted on checking you in! They also charged for early check in despite the room being ready which was disappointing.

Hotel situe dans un quartier tres calme et proche du metro des lignes G, M et C qui permettent de se rendre partout a Tokyo. Si vous prenez le bus limousine de l'aeroprt, l'arret est juste a cote (hotel capitol Tokyo). Personnel serviable et gentil. Bon sejour. emplacement pratique a un prix abordable.Je le recommanderais.

Excellent hotel especially for the price. If you dont have a problem with the typical size of a Japanese hotel room, and plan on roaming around a lot regardless, its "mini luxury" with typical Japanese standards in terms of service, cleanliness, and its great that they also have onsen. Close to Tokyo Midtown, Roppongi, Akasaka and a short ride or subway to Ginza, etc. You are right in the middle of Tokyo for the most part.
