Great service, Domenico it’s an excellent person. I received a room upgrade without any extra charge. A lot of restaurants and a beautiful mall a few min away from the hotel. I’ll be back on the future.

Very friendly owner, super helpful, super nice. Hotel is spectacular, sooo beautiful and aethetic! My mom was traveling alone and we were nervous how she'd find everything since she doesn't travel much. But everyone in the hotel was so helpful.

I booked this hotel because it’s expedia description said it was in the Tucamen area, a short walk from the PTY airport. Most hotels are, of course, in the city center, which involves an expensive taxi ride each way, so i paid a premium to be close to the airport. Turned out that was not true, as it is located in downtown Panama City. However, they included a free pick up and drop off at the airport, so the inconvenience was the time incurred, not the expense. The hotel itself is very unusual, with frilly curtains and fussy fabrics - the sort if place some might like but not what you need for a quick overnight stay.

Best hotel

The room was very clean and had great atmosphere. The hotel has shuttle service to and from the airport for free. The hot water worked excellent all the time. The extremely polite and helpful staff speak English and remembers your name. I will be staying here again in the future. I am very happy i found this hotel

BEWARE

This hotel is advertised and the location is pinned at the PTY airport on the access road. It is actually 20 miles from that location off the highway in Panama City. A driver took us to the hotel and the interaction with the owner was very unpleasant. We left without staying, without return transportation and had to find another hotel nearby. He said he would cancel the reservation and did not. Location, interior and quality were all far from the description.
