The home is a bit dated not awful just dated. Examples would be the LVP flooring had numerous areas where there where gaps in the floor. Window coverings were old and one bedroom didn't even have curtains. The home also uses space heaters for heating. One space heater was plugged in to an outlet that didn't work and when we moved it to a different outlet it worked. The kitchen had a small 5 cup coffee maker (normal size is 12 cup) which for 6 people we had to make 3 pots of coffee for everyone to get a mug of coffee. The home only had 1 TV in the Living Room without access to network TV. It did have a Roku and I was told I could watch anything I wanted using my paid subscriptions????? (e.g. Netflixs, Prime, etc.) then I spent over a half hour trying to get Roku access from the owner so I could download my subscription. Final thing is there were no instructions for how things operated in the home. Other rentals I have stayed in had a book giving general information up to and including local places to eat, shop, etc. Ok for a guys fishing trip less than robust for trip with our wives.
