Carefully consider.
On july 24th i booked my stay for August 29th thru September 2nd,2024 for a Family reunion and to visit sick Family member
A week prior to my stay i text and spoke to the Owner what my concerns were safety and that the place being clean and he assured me that it would be..NOT TRUE! It was
Upon entering the house,
I smelled a musty stale unclean house as soon as i opened the door.
I text the Owner his response..
"Really, that's very strange".
Smh
It appears the Owners concern was the security camera. I called him and said it was hot in the house. He says oh pull up the switch. There was a wall thermostat and i turned that nothing happen mind you he is telling me on the phone that is not it. Hmmm.okay
So after turning on several switch i said are you referring to the large unit over the sofa he says yes.
Inverter, A/C unit i had never seen this in my life. It does not circulate throughout house only in the living room
I felt he had the ability to look at what i was doing but he assured he did not........we ended the call.
What ever switch i turned off and on. i did not realize he was texting me to turn it back on. We realized it was the security camera..
I guess so he can see how many people were staying in the home.
Then i received a text message asking me did the house keeper do a good job cleaning? That was a sign to me that no one cleaned. If they did clean, fire them.
Of course they did not. Remember the house was musty..
