Beautiful property close to all Willliamsburg has to offer.

We had a lovely time staying at the property. A short drive to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. Highly recommend for larger groups.

More than met expectations

The house design was perfect for our golf trip. Our group of 8 gentlemen golfers put a high priority on accommodations with 8 separate beds. We were very pleased to find the house met that preference as advertised. The open layout of the common area was very comfortable for the group as we watched the Master’s golf tournament after playing earlier in the day at 3 of the numerous nice courses in the area, all seemingly within a short drive of the property. The outdoor space is really beautiful with a lot of privacy. However, the less than ideal weather and really more significantly our tv viewing prevented us from enjoying it. The bedrooms are configured so that napping for our less energetic buddies was easy to do. It was the first trip for our group and we all agreed we’d return if/when we arrange another trip.

Lovely and fun house for a large family

Gloria’s place is spacious and stocked with all you would need for a family to stay. Outdoor games, board games, kid friendly dishes, etc. and plenty of space to gather indoor and out. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, glasses and cookware so you could make a big meal if that is your thing. Beds were comfy and the master suite is particularly great!

Quick weekend golf trip for a bunch of old guys. We found the house relaxing and enjoyable. We encounter zero problems and enjoyed our stay!

A home-base oasis in nature

My family group of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) had a lovely stay here to cap off our summer. The house itself is very nice with everything you need plus games, outdoor activities, and an abundance of nature steps away. The kids really enjoyed exploring the private yard and woods, finding frogs and butterflies, and roasting marshmallows by the fire. The rope swing, jungle gym, and zip line were all well used by our group! The large open living room/kitchen were great places to gather to eat and have fun together and the bedrooms were nice and comfortable when it was time to turn in for the night. The kids particularly enjoyed the upstairs room in the apartment wing as their private compound away from everything. We could have spent our entire trip at the house having fun in nature, but we also used the house as a perfect home base for our trips to Busch Gardens (~25 minutes) and Water Country USA (~20 minutes). On one day, some of our group even took a quick day trip to Virginia Beach (~60 minutes). We also found a place called Go Karts Plus (~10 minutes) that was a great addition to our trip. The Little Creek Reservoir can be seen from the backyard, but the park itself where you can rent canoes, kayaks, and jon boats is just an 8 minute drive. We didn't have time to explore Williamsburg itself but that was only a quick 15 minute drive away! All-in-all it served our objective to have a nice, private family space to spend time together while being close to all of Williamsburg's famous attractions. It checked all the boxes for us and we would definitely stay again next time!
