    The hotel is in a good area, we felt safe. Lady at front desk was nice. The downside is that the towels looked dirty and it was cold (we visited in November). It was fine for one night.

    The bed was made but sheets were dirty and previously used. No towels in bathroom. No toiletries. Bathroom floor wet. Very expensive for the value.

    Disappointed

    At arrival the staff told us there was not a reservation, so he wouldn’t give us our room. I explained this was done and confirmed with Hotels.com, but he insisted there was nothing in record. We left the hotel with our bags and walked a couple of blocks to another hotel. I mentioned to the staff of hotel Jardín not to charge my credit card. We were so disappointed that they are listed in Hotels.com, but they are obviously not linked with Hotels.com

    En internet ofrecen estacionamiento lo cual no es cierto, la tv de la habitación tiene pésima imagen, la puerta del baño rechinando cada vez que se utilizaba, mucho ruido no se puede dormir a gusto, los botes de basura de la habitación con la basura del huésped anterior .
