The staff were polite, thought not very helpful. The room we got did not match the picture of the room we selected. And the bed was so hard that my wife booked us another room. If you are staying in Mexico City from abroad I would choose somewhere else to stay.
Missing shower heads in this hotel are apparently common.
Door handles are not secure, and deadbolts do not line up right so they are unusable.
Several items around the room, like the plastic covers for the toilet seat bolts, are missing.

Este hotel es mas bien motel para coger, no vengan si quieren descansar, la recepcionista grosera cobran early check in 400 pesos por hoa y es hasta las 3pm el check in. Este es motel para mugrosos no se que hace en expedia, en expedia no se busca hoteles para coger

Very clean hotel. It's exceptionally close to the line 3 Metrobus, and there's a VIPs Restaurant across the street and right next door a laundromat & OXXO Convenience. It's not fancy, but it's inexpensive and was VERY clean! The staff does an amazing job keeping it clean. Downside is it’s a ways from central Mexico City

The hotel room was clean. The receptionist was polite. We have a little trouble with our reservation. Specially the manager want to make sure we where comfortable and he give us a free drinks. And the metro bus is two min away from the hotel.

This is a renovated motel turned in a Capital O concept hotel. Problem is that is very far away from downtown. Public transportation (Metrobus) runs nearby. A supermarket and a VIPS restaurant is also right in front of it.
