The room was exactly what I was expecting for a group of 5 ladies. The hotel was amazing, the spa was great. The breakfast, amazing! The dinner we had on the first night was amazing too. The massage was worth it. The staff werevery helpful and friendly. A special thank you to the amazing night staff guy, Arkelian. Such a sweet soul and very hospitable and friendly. Give the guy a raise for being so customer-centric.

We are a family of five and found the classic suite and a two twin bed room very comfortable. Beds were comfy, the rooms large and the outdoor pool was wonderful. A large mall is a less than 10 minute walk from the property. Check in staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had many choices and was great. Thanks for a great stay on our last night in beautiful Albania. We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the airport and really enjoyed it.

Kid friendly, handy for airprot

Spent a night here before flying out of Tirana. Room was nice, spacious with great bathroom and shower. We were provided with a cot for our daughter which was very nice. All staff friendly and helpful. Great pool with kids areas. Massive play park. Plenty of free parking. Free breakfast included which was good (fruit, pastries, pancakes, yoghurt, hot food). About 20 min drive to the airport. Would recommend.

I was a little disappointed overall. The rooms are very outdated, nothing like the pictures. The lights are very dim, therefore the rooms are super dark. The couch bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever tried. Breakfast wasn't great either. Pool was huge, probably the only plus. I also have to mention the hotel is in the middle of no where. There were abandoned factories and land around. So forget about going for a walk. To top it, when we were checking out, the housekeeper insisted we opened one of the water bottles in the fridge even though we brought our own water bottles, which was a different brand than what they use at the hotel. Then when I showed the extra I had in my purse to show the different brand, they said they were talking about mineral water bottle that was opened then closed, therefore it was missing bubbles. Like what? Probably won't be back.

I could not find the Hotel, not as shown on Expedia map. I drove up and down, up and down. Asked people etc. Never got to the hotel, waist of time. Had to book another hotel on the main road which there are plenty. If you do not know Albania from the airport and need a hotel there are plenty to be found. Graham

Nice hotel but rude staff.

Lovely hotel with a great spa, the rooms were very pleasant with AC. Location was a bit out but we knew that when booking and were happy because there was a large pool (which unfortunately closes at 6pm each day). Unfortunately the stay was ruined by the rudeness and poor service of the staff. On more than one occasion when we asked for a menu we had to wait for 10 minutes and then had to approach the staff members again to order as they seemed to ignore us. Staff were very abrupt to us and often responded with ‘what?!’ when asked a question. I understand English is not their first language but there is a difference between a lack of understanding and just pure rudeness. We never once felt welcomed especially in the restaurant / bar. feel the staff are not happy in their job and take it out on the customers. Was such a disappointing stay.

Te Stela is a lovely relaxing hotel with lots of amenities for families. It has supervised parking, 2 pools and helpful staff. The huge restaurant next door serves excellent Albanian food very cheaply, along with the beer produced by Te Stela brewery. The location is not very inviting between warehouses but access is easy for travelling to the coast and there are direct buses to the centre from QTS mall next door. We had a really restful break there between driving and sightseeing.

Comfortable, good value hotel. Offered many amenities but in process of upgrading so most spa services were not available. I did use the lap pool and visited the turkish bath room but there were no other spa services to avail of. Breakfast was got and filling with scrambled, poached and boiled eggs, bacon and sausage, some chocolate stuffed pastries, yogurts, cereal and some fresh fruit. Also a self serve coffee and juice machine. The location is a 15 min drive away from downtown so you would definitely need a rental car or be part of a tour bus group to stay here. The staff was friendly. It would have been nice if they knew of some good authentic Albanian restaurants to recommend, other than pizzerias. Just be mindful they host local musician percormances on weekends and they usually shut down the party late. I could slightly hear music into the late hours in my room but not enough to keep me up. There is also a shopping mall about 1/2 km down the street to visit. Overall a nice place for retirees or families who want to stay in the hotel and use the pool facilities or hang out at the restaurant, and who dont mind being away from all the action downtown.

Nice Hotel for families

Room was clean but the key for the room did not always work which is annoying when you get in late and you just want to go to bed. Some of the staff are rude and one of the ladies who takes the money at the pool bar don't give you your change back she puts the money in the change box which I don't like if I think you deserve a tip I will leave it and considering a service charge is added to your bill automatically I think its rude to presume it's ok to keep my money. The young ladies on the ice cream stall are lovely they are friendly and good with the kids. The park is good for kids but it needs abit of tlc swing rope needs looking at as the rope is cutting through use and purple slide needs screwing back down. Cleaners are good and friendly other staff need to learn to treat the cleaners with some respect. At times by the pool it would smell of sewage. Overall the place is good but some of the staff let the place down.
