Checking in was easy, person at the counter was friendly and personable. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The cooling/heating unit was messing up a bit and it was a little warm the first night. Next night it was fine. Our second time at this hotel and if/when we head back to Timmins, we'll stay here again.

Check in time was 3pm, when arrived at the hotel at 4pm and pur room was not ready. The cleaning staff was still working on it. We were finally able to get into our room at 4:30. We foynd hair in our beds, there was 2 burnt lights that we had to call and have changed because our room was so dark. There was hair and dirt in the bathtub. There was also a pile of dirt on the bayhroom.floor. We had to go to the front desk numerous times to have our key cards reactivated.
