Mussten leider schon nach 4 Stunden abreisen wegen altem Rauchgeruch

Leider mussten wir unseren Aufenthalt nach nur vier Stunden abbrechen, da das Hauptproblem der unangenehme, alte Rauchgeruch im gesamten Haus war. In der Anzeige wurde auf ausgewiesene Raucherbereiche hingewiesen, sodass wir davon ausgingen, dass das Innere des Hauses rauchfrei ist. Zusätzlich gab es unter dem Bett ein lautes Heizungsrohr, das den Schlaf beeinträchtigt hätte.Zur Klärung: Auf Nachfrage von FeWo habe ich die Außenanlage als Mangel genannt, nicht den gepflegten Garten – dort blättert an einigen Stellen die Farbe ab.

Toller Kurzurlaub mit bis zu 20 Grad Mitte März...

Ein ganz toller Urlaub, hatten auch Risenglück mit dem Wetter. Das Haus liegt strandnah und durch den eingezäunten Garten ideal mit Hund. Eine sehr nette Vermieterin rundete das niedliche Häuschen ab. Was man wissen muss ist das es nicht viele Messer gibt, es keine Garderobe gibt und der Kühlschrank relativ klein ist. Also nicht soviel einkaufen und nicht zuviele Jacken mitbringen;-) Vielen Dank nochmal :-)

Schöne Unterkunft zum Erholen

Meine Familie und ich haben das lange Wochenende genutzt, um ein paar Tage an der Ostsee zu entspannen. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Hatten alles was man braucht für den täglichen Bedarf. Der eingezäunte Garten ist mit Hund auch definitiv eein Plus.

Schöne Urlaubstage gehabt.

Ich war mit meiner Tochter und ihren Hund 4 - 5 Tage in dem Bungalow. Eine himmlische Ruhe hatten wir und schön dicht zum Strand und Hafen. Das einzige Manko war die Sauberkeit in bestimmten Schränken. Sonst alles Bestens. Danke.

Wir hatten schöne Ferien in Niendorf. Der Strand für Mensch und Tier ist ganz in der Nähe. Unsere Unterkunft war schön und mit ganz kleinen Abstriche sauber. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und würden jederzeit die gleiche Unterkunft nehmen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bungalow Krabbenstr. 9

An diesem Objekt kann man gut sehen, das Fotos täuschen können: Es gab sooo viele Dinge, die in diesem Haus nicht stimmten. Angefangen von einem uralten Nikotingeruch, der uns beim öffnen der Haustür entgegen kam, der in den nicht gut überstrichenen Wänden hing. Beim Beziehen der Betten sah ich Blutflecken auf dem Inlett. Die Heizung war Anfang Oktober noch nicht angestellt. Das Wasser in der Dusche nur lauwarm. Der Wasserhahn im Bad war falsch herum montiert. Es gab keinen Hygieneeimer im Bad. Die gekippten Fenster drückten sich bei Wind auf. In der Küche gab es nur kleine Töpfe. Eine Familie mit 2 Kindern kann dort keinen großen Pott Nudeln kochen. Mir fehlte die Gemütlichkeit in dieser Wohnung, die man durch z.B kleine Beistellleuchten schaffen könnte. Eine 2. Inlett oder eine Wolldecke fehlte mir auch. Mit 4 Personen kommt man in der Regel nicht mit einem Fiat Panda angefahren. Große Autos sind sehr schwer in der sehr engen Einfahrt zu rangieren. Hier müsste einfach nur das Törchen entfernt werden. Der Wohn/Essraum wäre so groß, das die Küchenzeile hätte hier integriert werden können, statt zwischen den beiden Schlafräumen gequetscht zu werden. Es sind zwar W-Lan, Nichtraucherhaushalt und ein Whirlpool beschrieben, aber alle Sachen trafen nicht zu. Inzwischen ist die Beschreibung überarbeitet worden. Das einzige Plus, das ich aufzählen kann, waren die elektrischen Rolläden. Mein Fazit: Man könnte mehr aus diesem Haus rausholen, man müsste mal Fachleute heranlassen!

Ferienwohnung

wir konnten hier einen wunderschöne und angenehme Woche genießen. Die Lage war sehr schön und ruhig und vom Strand nur 300m entfernt. Im Ferienhaus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und Strand und auch Gaststätten waren fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt eine runde Sache und eine schöne Woche.
