Not a 5* Experience in Corona Time

COVID-19 times, so things were not as expected. Honestly the hotel was not up to par during these difficult times and it was noticeable. All around the mood of some few unhappy guests affected the staff and the other guests. Things did not run smoothly nor was the hotel organized enough to enforce the rules all around. It was quite a disappointing stay for the money paid. At least the sea view in the room was nice.

not worth the price

This hotel is nice but way overpriced. It is located in a very small town but you pay 319 Euro per night plus 16 Euro for parking. This brings the total cost to 335 Euro which is equal to $368 a night. I can't remember having paid this much in big cities like Rome or Paris.

Großzügig ausgestattetes Hotel- von innen schöner als von außen... Zimmer mit wunderschönem Ostseeblick, tolles Schwimmbad/Fitnessbereich. Sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter, die zum Frühstück eine sehr nette Geburtstagsaufmerksamkeit gestaltet haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren zum ersten Mal da und werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Uhøflig personale og dårlig service.

Dårlig oplevelse med booket junior suite, ingen parkeringsplads og jeg har en kone med handicap, nærmeste offentlige parkering 1.4 km væk, så det starter rimelig skidt, og så er spa lukket grundet den ikke fungerer, der bliver ikke korrekt udleveret materiale om hotellet, ingen vand på værelset heller ikke noget i minibar, det viser sig at det skal man bestille, men det materiale blev heller ikke udleveret ved indcheckning og så er deres buffet uden nogle former for gluten frit, det er lidt usædvanligt for er kurhotel. Endvidere står kokken i buffet’en og ryster på hovedet af gæsterne. Find et andet hotel. Der stod også andre gæsters bagage på vores værelse da vi tjekkede ind, det beklagede de meget. Men amatører er min mening.

Komme gerne wieder

Aufenthalt war schön. Die Lage ist top, Personal freundlich. Mein Wunsch, das Champager auf dem Zimmer beim Check-in sein sollte, wurde umgesetzt. Das Hotel ist ein 5 Sterne Hotel und versucht dies auch zu pflegen und zu vermitteln, deshalb wir folgt kleine Anmerkungen. Checkin war etwas hektisch, Personal wirkte gestresst - konnte ich bei dem Andrang jedoch auch verstehen.Den Bagagist habe ich nicht gesehen, Gepäck haben wir selber getragen. Kein Weltuntergang. Beim Frühstück wurden wir nicht bedient ( was für mich OK ist) Kennt man aber eigentlich anders aus 5 Sternen Häusern, dort wird zumindest ein Getränk serviert. Ich denke, dass dieses Hotel diesen Anspruch pflegt, daher erwähne ich es. Um 04:00 morgens meinten dann Party am Strand zu machen, hat mich nicht gestört, aber es gab einige unzufriedene Gäste. Ich komme gerne nochmal wieder. Eventuell außerhalb der Saison, wenn dann auch weniger Kinder nächtigen. :) Parkhaus ist ausreihend und ich empfehle auch bei der Buchung einen Parkplatz zu buchen. (einfach per Email) Zusammenfassend gesagt, ja der Aufenthalt ist sein Geld wert, Service ausbaufähig, ich komme gerne wieder.
