Timberon is only a 32 mile scenic drive from Cloudcroft. We are located at 7000' elevation at the southern tip of the Sacramento Mountains, surrounded by the Lincoln National Forest.
Our one bedroom townhome has been completely renovated. New stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, completely furnished kitchen, washer and dryer. We have a "floating" king bed and sofa bed.

Timberon Condo
It is the perfect location, enjoyed getting away and being able to be outside and hike. There are several hiking trails within minutes of this location. I am already looking at the calendar to see when we can go back. We also enjoyed walking the cart path on golf course.

Mountain Trip
Arrival entered place, so hot inside!! Before going in the cabin we had to shoe lots of cats out of your way to get inside. Property owner never said anything about cats on property. Inside blow flyies everywhere! I found fly swatter started killing them! We tried to get air on but the rude owner said it was the operator that's why it would not cut on! We traveled 10 hours to get here. The floors were also dirty. No telephone service we had to go down mountain try get in touch with someone. Approximately 9:00 pm in touch with owner. Explained situation at this point we wanted refund. He became rude. He said we would not find any other place to stay. But we found a very nice place to stay for several days. Hopefully this was just bad communication between house keeping the host and owner of this property. But regardless when you drive this far you just want a beautiful stay!!

Very refreshing week
The condo was lovely and clean, very nice outdoor space to relax in, wonderful mountain views, very nice walking paths for us senior citizens, and friendly and helpful host. Very nice getaway from the south Texas heat!
