The cleaning maid did a terrible job by wiping the sink with the cloth that is left next to the toilet after I had used it. She did this in front of me when I asked her to help me refill the shower jel inside the shower area. She also left some brown dirt from the toilet next room inside my shower.

The employees at the front desk should work on their attitude I believe his name was Oliver and the men that were working near the entertainment booth. Although the kitchen/ waiters were super kind and helpful.

Oscar a the bar had great costumer skills . So did a gentleman at the front desk when i checked out I wish i could remember his name. The room had a good view but one thing that i noticed is that i couldn't get the AC to go lower. Over all i was confortable and the location is perfect.
