Horrible check in rules, rooms are available but you have to pay 40$ if you earlier than 3 pm. Big price difference almost 12$ difference at the check in.i booked the tripfew days before my stay,and there was no big rate change in currency

Room had no wash clothes, hand towels, tissue, disposable cups, poor choice of tolietries…Huge issue was NO WATER & NO HEATER. *Water was the entire city of Tijuana and Rosarito…. But No Heater it was in the 30’s and very cold, marble floors made it colder.
