This super cozy beachfront studio is within a safe gated community. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable queen size bed with ocean view, full living room with WiFi and a private terrace/balcony with the perfect view of the Pacific Ocean. *********PLEASE NOTE THAT EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, I WILL ONLY BE DOING DIRECT BOOKINGS*******************

There are two of these studios available so please ask about the dates you're interested in if my calendar shows them as booked. Also, as there are two of these studios, the fire pit area and access to the beach is shared but you do have your own private terrace/ balcony as pictured.

This is perfect for an inexpensive romantic getaway, have fun or just relax. There is only one bed but there is an inflatable bed as well. It is not inteded to hold more guests as it is rather small and all of the view to the ocean is glass. There isn´t privacy for more than one couple as it is all open area- The inflatable bed would be right next to what´s intended to be the living room area. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. NO SMOKING .

Just 12 miles south of the US Border and 4 miles north of Rosarito makes this studio very accessible to experience and enjoy the nightlife and food varieties that both Rosarito and Tijuana have to offer as well as a short ride back to the border or the Tijuana airport.

Within this gated community, you also have access to a large swimming pool, tennis courts and a nice little park all overlooking the ocean. There is also a convenience store just blocks away that makes purchasing food, drinks and necessities easy and quick. There are also a number of small restaurants and bars at the exit of San Antonio del Mar's security gate.

Please know that there are three units on this property. Under the rare circumstance that all three are occupied, the main gate entrance, the fire pit area and the stairs down to the beach may need to be shared; however, every unit has its own balcony as you can see pictured.
The apartment features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Absolutely perfect! Letica was so nice and inviting throughout the entire process.

I will be staying at Leticias properties going forward. I own three Mexican timeshares and have been looking for something with in driving distance and I believe I have found it. The community restaurants and the owners were amazing. So happy I found this property. Thank you again Leticia you made it effortless for us!!

Beautiful Views, Comfy, Convenient, & Safe

Leticia met us at the unit and walked us through the simple details. The unit was more spacious than we expected and had a balcony that looked out over the ocean and beach. There are some very good restaurants at the entrance to the community and a store that made this location very convenient. We explored south to downtown Rosarito, Puerto Nuevo and Poplota, go to all, and found this property a good base for this. Overall, we had an amazing time and this rental was comfortable, convenient, and had amazing views and access to a nice beach.

place was great. Really great and want to stay again. Bring a tiny heater because it gets cold and the heater had no propane. But, I loved it!!!!! I swam in the ocean...part of the day the riptide kicks up so bee careful. Almost didn't make it back. Owner is also awesome! Very nice person.

My wife and I loved the view and we had the beach mostly to ourselves. The apartment was clean and had everything we wanted except a toaster. A short trip away from groceries or restaurants. Leticia is kind and made us feel welcome.

Such a beautiful studio, had a great time, enjoyed the view, we would have our coffee outside in the balcony, saw some dolphins, very peaceful and tranquil, very private. We went down to the water early in the morning the water was great, not cold at all. The only negative was no A/C and it was very hot, we slept with the door open but it was still very hot, other than that everything was great, Leticia was great, very nice and friendly. We are already planning on coming back soon and staying again with Leticia.

Not good! Maybe if you're planning to just stay in the Studio all day.

To get to this place you'll go through alley type, very narrow streets about 2 miles from the entrance and nearest store. This place had a lot of steep stairs above the actual beach! And many stairs just to get to the studio! You'll share a tiny Parking in the front of the house, which is not where you'll be going in.The couch was black and looks like once was beige.... Filthy gross! I had to cover it. I was celebrating my birthday and invited some family given the beach... I had my dad singing Mexican music with his guitar and by 9pm the lady in charge and the owner was blowing up my phone saying they were gonna call the cops and kick us out because we were too loud... Not cool! Ruined everything. They didn't kick us out because it was all Bogus! I'm making that story short. One more thing... There's mold in the shower. Just get something else, not worth it! ✌🏼️❤️ Nothing against Homeaway.com! Just call and speak with someone to clarify your plans before booking anything. 😉

Great beachfront get away!!!!

I brought my 12 year old son down for his first Mexico surf trip. I have been surfing this area for over 30 years. Although the waves were small, the location and property we rented from Leticia more then made up for it. I felt it was clean, private, and very secure. We loved the direct access to the beach and had a great time sitting on the deck watching the birds, sea lions, and dolphins chase giant schools of bait. We walked the beach at low tide and found sand dollars and dug in the sand for huge sand crabs. We drove into Rosarito(15 minute drive) for some great street tacos and a little shopping. We had a great trip and will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks Again!

Amazing Weekend Getaway

The pictures do this place no justice! It was a private, secluded studio with a stunning view that is right on the beach. We fell asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing nightly. Dolphins were in abundance and we watched them play all day. The neighbors were very nice. The restaurants on the property were delicious! And the owner was very accessible and easy to reach. If you're looking for calm and tranquility, this is the place!
