Lovely hotel - very clean, friendly staff and great food! The spa is excellent and worth the extra fee! Spacious rooms. The only few points for improvement would be: 1. A kettle in the room with tea/coffee making facilities 2. Breakfast seems very expensive for €14 each in comparison to other neighbouring hotels/cafes - I would recommend making this slightly more competitive in terms of pricing Otherwise a great hotel!

great location, don’t eat at the restaurant

General Impressions of hotel interior design is nice, rooms are tiny. Staff is polite but inexperienced in their job functions, restaurant was a catastrophe. Food was really bad and when we complained we weren’t given any compensation. We were told the hotel manager would talk to us but she never did and the next days she totally avoided us. Hotel location is great but the inexperienced staff and service was a shocker.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Warm and pleasant atmosphere. Stylish and modern. Room was small but functional albeit some design features appear somewhat unusual and dysfunctional (e.g. Absence of door in shower which causes flooding in bathroom each time one takes a shower. Sliding door instead of regular door in bathroom. Sliding door does not close properly so one does not have full privacy when using the bathroom.) Overall, though, hotel was nice and would recommend to others.

Newly refurbished. Very stylish. Only thing to improve would be lighting in the wardrobes / wardrobe area of the bedrooms. Well placed for the lifts.

The hotel is situated in a great location. There is a great bar and seating area. Only thing we did not like was the bathroom/toilet had a sliding door which was not very private. Would definitely return and recommend

Modern, comfortable, really friendly

A modern hotel, perfectly located for the ski slopes. Room was extremely clean, comfortable and very well designed, Our balcony gave us an uninterrupted view of the lake and mountains. The staff were particularly friendly. We enjoyed good meals in the restaurant. The staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. Thoroughly recommended!

amzing couple of days in Tignes

The location is bang in the middle of town, perfect for all of the activities and perfect for all of the bars and restaurants, the hotel is well looked after and clean, and the views of the lake and mountains are more than the cherry on the top, my personal feelings are that you will struggle to find a hotel that can offer more value for money

Decent hotel close to ski lifts, restaurants etc

Clean comfortable hotel with very helpful staff. Rooms are small which wasn't a problem for a short stay of 4 nights but would be a problem for much longer.

Pleasant hotel

Well decorated and situated. Bar staff were great and food was good. Beds really comfy but rooms a little small. Boot/ski storage impractical as it's far too small for all guests. Spa could be improved...some loungers and steam room needs fixing. Robes in rooms for transit to spa would be useful. Overall though, top place to eat and stay in Le Lac, good vibe and would stay there again.

Enjoyed the stay, hotel was in an excellent location and offered good value for money, with the exception of the restaurant, which we refused to use after the first night, due to the poor quality of steak served and the service given when we complained about them to the restaurant manager.

Very pleasant, well located hotel

Hotel was nicely refurbished to modern standards. The only complaint I had was the sliding door on the shower room kept fowling on the electronic room key holder. It requires a guide to stop the door from breaking the cover off each time you use it.
