Dear Guests, Casa Maffei is a detached house with 4 well-equipped holiday flats of approx. 65 square meters. The house is located in Tignale, in the hamlet Oldesio, with a unique panorama, in a quiet and sunny south-east position. The large covered balcony offers a marvellous view over Lake Garda and Montebaldo. Next to the balcony, an old olive grove invites you to relax in the shade. Each holiday flat has a living room with satellite TV, well-equipped kitchenette, double bedroom, children's room with single beds, furnished balcony. Schöne Wohnung mit grandiosem Seeblick

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung Nr. 1. Die Ausstattung ist gut, Küche und Bad sind ganz neu. Das Highlight ist der grandiose Blick auf den Gardasee, den man vom großen Balkon aus hat! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieter-Familie sowie Checkin und Checkout waren absolut problemlos.

Nette Wohnung, tolle Aussicht

Schöne Wohnung, sehr sauber! Der Blick vom Balkon der absolute Wahnsinn! Einrichtung soweit ok, allerdings nur das Nötigste. Ruhig gelegen, der Weg vom Gardasee nach oben echt spektakulär. Zu der Zeit wo wir dort waren, war es sehr heiß, auch nachts sehr warm. Trotz offenen Fensters ist es in den Schlafzimmern sehr warm geblieben. Das ist vielleicht zu bedenken, wenn man in den Sommermonaten in die Wohnung geht.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Super Wohnung, alles da was man benötigt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. In der Küche gibt es keinen Backofen, aber sonst alles vorhanden. Die Aussicht auf den Gardasee haben wir jeden Tag genossen. In der Umgebung gibt es unzählige Wanderwege, da bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Wir kommen wieder

Der Ausblick lässt alles vergessen!

15 Stufen runter, 20 wieder hoch und man wird mit einem warmen "herzlich Willkommen am Gardasee" von der netten Vermieterin auf dem Balkon der Wohnung begrüßt, hier gab es zum ersten mal den beeindruckenden Blick über den See, der diese Woche so einzigartig machte. Einen so netten Empfang hatten wir selten. Die Wohnung überzeugt vor allem mit einem wahnsinnig beeindruckenden Panorama über den See und ihrer Sauberkeit. Eine Woche Aufenthalt in der FeWo Nr. 1 im Obergeschoss des 4-Parteien-Hauses, haben wir im Juli 2020 dort verbracht. Unter Berücksichtung der bekannten Vorsichtsmaßnahmen wurde uns die Wohnung gezeigt, die restlichen Formalitäten geklärt, sowie die Schlüssel übergeben. Oldesio liegt am Fuße von Tignale, unterhalb des kleinen, aber sehr schönen Ortes Gardola. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Gardola, diese sind aber auf Touristenpreise getrimmt - aber für die erste Austattung nach Ankunft okay. Lieber aber ins Auto und Großeinkauf im Lidl (30 Autominuten entfernt). Fußweg nach Gardola (dort: Restaurants, Cafés, Souvenirshop, Apotheke, Freibad, kleiner Supermarkt, Olivenöl-Shop/Museum, Fahrradverleih, Touristeninfo) ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, man sollte aber schon fit sein, sonst dauerts gerne 30 min bis oben. Gut zu Fuß benötigt man 15-20 min für die 1,5 km lange und steile Strecke. Mit dem Auto die Straße entlang sind es ca. 2,5 km. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Wer Fragen zur Wohnung, vor oder nach der Buchung hat, bekommt recht zügig sehr nette und kompetente Antworten von der Vermietung. Was ein wenig verwirrt ist die Angabe eines Pools. Hiermit ist die Nutung des Freibades im Ort Gardola gemeint, welches man per Kurtaxe kostenfrei nutzen kann. Wir haben es nicht genutzt. Für den Fußweg zum See führt eine Wanderstrecke, beginnend durch die Olivenplantage unterhalb des Balkons. Mindestens 30-45 Minuten für den Abstieg einplanen, bitte in Wanderschuhen, sonst wirds kritisch. Rückweg bergauf gut anstrengend, aber sehr schön. Man kann mit der Tignale-Card (Kurtaxe) aber auch den Shuttle-Bus nehmen, wie das klappt können wir nicht beurteilen. Oft übertreiben Wohnungsfotos der Vermietung ja, hier definitv nicht. Fotos der Einrichtung entsprechen der Realtität. Die Schönheit des Ausblickes vom Balkon ist auf Fotos nicht festzuhalten, den muss man selbst gesehen haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder, es war hervorragend.

Nette Wohnung mit tollem Blick

Sehr saubere, nette Ferienwohnung in hervorragender ( ruhiger!) Lage mit tollem Seeblick, den wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück auf der kleinen Terrasse genießen durften. Einziger ( leider nicht ganz unerheblicher ) Makel waren die doch sehr unbequemen Matratzen . Vielleicht kann man hier über eine Erneuerung nachdenken. Ansonsten alles super !!!

Mooi huisje, netjes, wel veel trappen, mooi uitzicht, helaas geen zwembad, wel ver weg van t meer 20 min rijden, centrum 2km wel met de auto om bv broodjes te halen. We hebben een fijne week gehad.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem gigantischen Ausblick

Wir waren 4 Tage in der Wohnung und ich kann diese nur weiterempfehlen. Alles war sehr gut vorbereitet! Wir hatten einen Parkplatz und einen direkten Eingang von außen in unsere Wohnung. Diese befand sich auf einer Terasse von dort hatte man einen wunderschönen Blick auf dem Gardasee. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich und auch die Einrichtung war in Orfnung. Die Schlafimmer waren mit guten matratzen ausgestatten und man hatte genügend Platz um alle keider unterzubringen. das bad war mit hnadtüchern ausgestattet und auch Bettwäsche vorbereitet: Das einzige was mir aufgefallen ist, dass es wenige Geschirr gab und man sich mit der grundaustattung bzgl. Spülmittel, Spülschwamm und Geschirrtücher ersteinmal ausstatten mußte. Das habe ich dem Vermieter gesagt und er hatte es als konstruktive Kritik aufgenommen. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur bestens empfehlen und wünsche allen einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnanlage über dem Gardasee.
