Amazing Stay!

Amazing place. The hotel is brand new, not even one year old. They only have seven rooms, what gives you an exclusive private service. The hotel has an amazing view of the ocean, out of this world. The room that I stayed was huge, very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendy and helpful . Beautiful and peaceful place, i highy recommend this hotel .... perfect for couples. I would come back, definitely.

Pousada com quartos enormes e confortáveis. Espaço comum incrível com vista maravilhosa e vários detalhes de decoração no restaurante, jardins e piscinas . Hotel maravilhoso mas serviço precisa melhorar mt

O hotel possui uma estrutura fenomenal. Inserido na natureza. Lindo. Acesso à praia praticamente privativo. Porém, acredito que pela faixa de preço que se posicionou, existem melhorias importantes a serem feitas relacionadas ao serviço e cuidados com hóspedes. Achei o serviço em geral mediano/fraco.

Foi decepcionante. Tinha grandes expectativas e a decepção foi grande! A área verde e a vista da praia são espetaculares. Os funcionários que atendem no café da manhã também, porém o hotel peca em muitos detalhes: começando pela parte de solucionar problemas, pela falta de manutenção e o pior pra mim foi no café da manhã num lugar lindo, com uma vista linda, muita natureza e paz, o DONO SENTAR NA MESA AO LADO AS 8:00 DA MANHÃ PARA FUMAR ENQUANTO TOMÁVAMOS CAFÉ!!! Sempre nos hospedamos em hotéis do Roteiro de Charme e este foi o que mais deixou a desejar. Nem uma água foi oferecida no check in, nem informaram sobre o acesso à praia ou outros detalhes da propriedade (mesmo após perguntarem se era nossa 1ª vez hospedados ali). Durante os dias que estivemos hospedados a piscina não foi limpa (muitas folhas no fundo que somente hoje, quando estávamos indo embora é que foram tiradas). Nosso quarto ficava numa área mais próxima ao restaurante e nas duas noites que saímos para jantar na Pipa, mesmo retornando por volta das 20h não havia uma luz sequer acessa no caminho até o quarto (detalhe que há iluminação mas eles simplesmente deixaram tudo apagado como se o fato de ter apenas dois hóspedes durante a semana não fosse importante) sendo necessário usar a lanterna do celular pois o caminho é bastante escuro. Sentimos como se fôssemos indesejados no local: não limpavam a piscina, não deixavam luzes acesas… a única preocupação era se nosso carro não estivesse estacionado na vaga que no
