Villa Belgica Lanzarote is a contemporary, bright and airy property. You'll have a private swimming pool and, on the first floor, a lovely balcony with views of the distant mountains. It has a fantastic location in Puerto del Carmen. There are shops and restaurants 550 yards away with the long sandy beach of Playa Pocillos just a little bit further. The main Strip of Puerto del Carmen is 20 minutes' walk away. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, pool heating and WiFi are included.
The villa is located in a residential area but close enough to walk into the resort centre. You'll find shops, bars and restaurants around 550 yards away with Playa Pocillos Beach a little bit further. The main promenade runs along the seafront, taking you into the centre of Puerto del Carmen and all the way to the old town. Our Villa Famara is on the same road.
