Emilia House is a recently renovated apartment, located a short distance from Playa Grande and Playa Chica, situated in a complex with a communal swimming pool. The location is ideal, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and other amenities.



The large Biosfera Playa shopping centre is just a few minutes' walk away, as well as the bus stop that allows easy connection to other areas of the island.



This cosy ground floor accommodation offers a spacious bedroom with a comfortable extra-large double bed (150*200) and a 40" Smart TV for your entertainment. The living room is a bright and modern space, equipped with an impressive 50-inch Smart TV and air conditioning to keep you cool during the warm summer days.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery, cooking utensils, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and juicer.



The house has a complete bathroom with an exterior window, featuring a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer.



Enjoy the fresh air and relaxing views from the private terrace with beautiful views of the pool, which has a table and chairs so you can enjoy the sun and outdoor meals.

Nice Apartment

Had trouble getting into the complex as the electronic gate was not working properly but the apartment was very comfortable. The location is close to numerous shops including Lidl and some lovely little bars. Quiet pool area which we had to ourselves most days. TV was not working and took three days to fix. Nice little complex.
