Disappointing Four Seasons experience

Stayed in a club room, so will divide the review into room and lounge. Room: Looked impressive and clean at first. I started smelling cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room so made a complaint, and I think they then placed an air purifer at the corridor. But kept smelling cigatette all night which bothered me all night until I finally fell asleep at 2am. Think the smell was coming from ventilation in toilet somehow, but it was really unpleasant. Lounge: Decent selection of food, and meticulous service. Was more than half empty all three times I visited. Really nice place to relax.
