Notre petit nid douillet se trouve aux portes du Morvan, entre forêt et prairies, entre canaux et ruisseaux, entre châteaux et maisons bourguignonnes, tout près du magnifique village médiévale Semur-en-Auxois et des vignobles qui font la renommée de notre région.
La maison fait partie d'un ancien corps de ferme construit en 1787, complètement réhabilité tout en gardant le charme de l'ancien
L'appartement à votre disposition, situé au rez-de-chaussée, a une entrée privée, une salle de bain, un coin buanderie et une cuisine intégrée.

La cuisine est équipée de vaisselle (casseroles, etc.), d'un mini frigo, d'une gazinière, d'une cafetière et d'un micro-ondes.

La salle de bain est équipée d'un sèche serviette et d'un sèche cheveux. La douche est unique : elle est située dans un ancien four à pain.

Le coin buanderie est équipé de lessive, d'un fer à repasser, d'une machine à laver et d'un étendoir. Un mini congélateur est également présent dans cette pièce.

La chambre a un penderie, une commode, un lit double et une mini bibliothèque participative.
