SureStay Hotel by Best Western Ellensburg

"This Best Western is terribly run down. The rooms are disgusting with old dirty carpet, very uncomfortable old soft beds and dirty bathrooms. I spent almost $250 per night and it was run down, filthy and with a breakfast consisting of toast, waffles, cereal and hard biscuits with gravy. It was a complete carb filled breakfast with NO protein like eggs or sausage. This was the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at!!!"

"The room was adequate for a one night stay while on the road. The bedside lamp only worked on one side the shower needs updating, the curtains need to wrap on each side to keep out morning light and the cable selection was minimal. If I had seen the hotel before booking, I probably would have paid more to stay somewhere else."
