South-facing alpine chalet with amazing views, surrounded by nature and total peace and quiet!

Recently built on the original stone foundations of a former alpine chalet that burned down. Its huge 70 m² terrace in front of the chalet is unique in the area.

The chalet has all the comforts of a main residence, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, electric heating, and wood-burning stove.
Linen is provided for 7 people.

This is an alpine chalet located at an altitude of 1000 m with access via a 1.5 km track. Depending on snow conditions in winter, it is not always possible to reach the chalet by car.
Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

Chalet meraviglioso immerso nella natura. Ampi spazi all'interno e all'esterno della casa. Arredamento accogliente, ambienti puliti e luminosi. All'interno tutti i comfort possibili. Ottima la comunicazione con l'host sempre disponibile e reattivo. Consigliatissimo!

Ein ganz besonderes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Abgeschiedenheit

Wir haben einige wundervolle Tage über Silvester in diesem abgelegenen Holzhaus in Thonés verbracht – es war einfach unheimlich schön! Wer Ruhe, Natur und Ursprünglichkeit sucht, wird diesen Ort lieben. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll gestaltet, gemütlich und bietet einen herrlichen Rückzugsort abseits vom Trubel.Die Lage ist wirklich außergewöhnlich – mitten im Grünen, mit atemberaubender Aussicht und absoluter Stille. Man spürt sofort, wie man runterkommt. Die Terrasse ist ein absolutes Highlight: großzügig, gut ausgestattet und mit vielen Möglichkeiten, die wunderschöne Aussicht zu genießen – ob beim Frühstück, Sonnenbaden oder einfach beim DraußensitzenDie Küchenausstattung war top – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch Hunde sind willkommen, was für uns ideal war. Der Vermieter war unglaublich hilfsbereit und hat uns beim Transport des Gepäcks unterstützt. Trotz Allradfahrzeug mussten wir im Wald parken und die letzten ca. 300 Meter zu Fuß gehen – der Weg war tief verschneit und unwegsam.Das Haus bietet Platz für sechs Personen, aber optimal ist es für vier, da ein Bett im Durchgangsbereich liegt. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: die einzige Toilette ist recht eng und befindet sich oben.Fazit: Ein echter Geheimtipp für Naturliebhaber, Ruhesuchende und Hundebesitzer – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Tres joli chalet, bien situé, au calme avec vue magnifique. Pas accessible avec n'importe quel véhicule. Impossibilité d'utilisation d'une des 3 chambres pour cause de grosses infiltrations à chaque pluie ou orage.

Vue magnifique

Nous avions choisi ce chalet d’alpage pour l’isolement et la vue. Les plus : la vue, la terrasse, l’équipement général du chalet, la propreté, le wifi. Le moins : accès compliqué (soit chemin carrossable en voiture mais d’avec précaution ou à pied sur chemin pentu), pression de l’eau faible, toilette exiguëes sans fenêtre,manque d’outils BBQ,box TV HS, voisins à proximité les prairies des photos sont occupées par des vaches, bains de soleil défectueux A choisir pour la vue et la terrasse

Afgelegen mooie plek

Huis staat op een mooie plek,maar is eigenlijk alleen toegankelijk met een hoge het liefst 4x4 auto. Bij regen en sneeuw is het laatste stuk niet met de auto te bereiken. Hier over wordt niet gerept in de omschrijving van de accommodatie dit is in de winter echter heel belangrijk. Waterdruk was erg laag in het chalet waardoor lange haren wassen echt een groot probleem is. Da WC heeft een aparte plek boven, de deur kan niet geheel open zodat stevige personen echt een probleem hebben om het toilet te bezoeken. Het balkon rond het chalet is in een matige staat, op 2 plekken zijn we door het balkon gezakt, ook bij het tuin meubilair waren een aantal planken stuk en niet echt veilig. Wel een prachtige rustige plek met een fantastisch uitzicht
