Clean accommodation, nice hot shower. A lot of little stores around, many dining options. About 20 minutes walk to Aristothel square. Bus station was so close , convenient ( I took bus from Thessaloniki to Tirana ). This place has self check in , so you don’t see any staff

Great place to stay! Room was nice and modern, bathroom was also good! AC worked wonderfully and very fast, important when visiting Greece in July! Only complaint is that the toilet seat in our room didn't stay up, made it awkward to use 😂 other than that, definitely recommend!

We loved our stay here. It was so comfortable, modern and spacious. It's a perfect spot to stay if you have a car too as there was lots of parking spots around. The walk into the main hub took about 20 mins. We never saw anyone, but our texts and calls were answered promptly when needed.

Pleasant stay

We arrived at urban elephant suites early and it wasn't a problem to check in early, cause our suite was ready. Staff was very helpful and let us check in early. We were tired after the trip and that let us get some rest before going out to the city. Suite was very comfy and had everything we needed. The view from 6th floor junior suite was really nice and added greatness to our lovely stay.

The Urban Elephant theme is excellent. Security excellent using coded entry. Entry area & elevator excellent. Room decor excellent with fridge, iron, ironing board, TV Netflix YouTube etc, balcony, clothes hanger & gorgeous little bathroom, hair dryer, intercom & power card. Emergency exit light doubles as a night light. Could not hear neighbours. I didn’t want to leave. AirCon worked very well. Beautiful bed with clean linen & towels. Downstairs there was a sort of cafe to hang around with WC & water cooler. Very very impressed. When I walked in I was totally blown away. Unbelievable value. Didn’t like some minor things: WC cover would not stay up. WC door handle came off - missing a grub screw. Bed a bit soft (memory foam). One bedside table drawer was damaged but I don’t use it. Shower base drained well but a bit slippery - be careful! Bathroom vanity needs caulking against wall - I think some water went down the gap. Shower soap dispenser top chrome had faded - not an issue. Some noise from nearby road - with aircon ON was not an issue.
