Excellent location BUT beware of cleanliness
The property is in an excellent location. The amenities are very basic and the space is just enough. It is located in a office building and seems to be a converted office space. The stay was pleasant and the room was spacious.
The biggest issue was cleanliness. There was hair everywhere. We didn't get in until very late around 12am and we were exhausted and just wanted to get to bed. However, we ended up spending another 2 hrs trying to clean everything.
Specifically, there was hair all over the couch, kitchen counter, kitchen stools, bathroom, and on the towels. This was definitely not just human hair. The pet hair was weaved into the couch fabric and it was all over. There was no where you could sit.
Then there was the bed, There was curly hair all over the covers and on the bedsheets, pillow, desk, in the wardrobe, on the floor. The sheets were white so, it was very noticeable.
After I reached out to the manager, they offered to clean the apartment however, I let them know we were not comfortable with them entering when we were not there and we would likely be out all day until late. They tried to make it seem as if it was our issue that we couldn't accommodate their schedule to come back and clean when it should have been done properly prior to our check in. I had to press very hard and explain we already had to spend our time cleaning the unit for it to be inhabitable and they finally relented and gave us a small credit on our cleaning fee.
