Holy moly, I’ve never been so sad to leave a house that isn’t mine. Staying in this villa feels like a dream and the 360 views are spectacular. The pool, the kitchen, the bedrooms, the outdoor kitchen, the TERRACE! Amanda is such a talented host, and so generous with local tips and recommendations. Each morning I woke up looking at the bay of Cannes I had to pinch myself. I recommend renting a car for your stay as the trip up the hill can be a trek, especially after a day in the sun.

Amanda's villa was absolutely stunning and the perfect getaway for our family! It was an absolute oasis and had everything we needed and more. Amanda was incredibly responsive and helpful. Everything was pristine and cozy. The on-site property manager, Jerome, was less helpful and didn't walk us through key house rules for the pool alarm and outside umbrellas. We cannot wait to come back!

We had such a fantastic stay in Theoule, and this villa was the perfect choice for our family. It's even more beautiful than in the photos, and the view is absolutely stunning. Kitchen is very well equipped which made dinners at home very smooth and easy. Beds were comfortable with great linens. The house is in a gated and quiet neighborhood and very close to the town and beaches. Amanda, our host, was so lovely and from the time we booked was very communicative and provided loads of information about the house and activities in the area. Any question I had throughout our visit was immediately answered. I would highly recommend this rental for any families or groups looking to visit this gorgeous little beach town close to Cannes, Antibes, and Nice.

Wonderful Family Holiday

We had a wonderful 2 week family holiday at Amanda and Simon’s beautiful Villa. The villa was fabulous with absolutely stunning views of the bay of Cannes. Absolutely everything you needed was provided including a highly detailed pre arrival pack which was so helpful for booking restaurants and local attractions. The villa was beautifully clean and well laid out. We spent many a happy hour sat around the pool reading whilst the kids played happily with inflatables in the pool. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone, we look forward to coming back another time 😊. Thank you Amanda and Simon for a lovely stay.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed staying here - beautiful surroundings, we were able to walk down every morning and take a quick dip in the ocean before the kids woke up and you can also walk down to the restaurants in the evening and take an uber back if you prefer that. Free tennis court just 50 meters away and there is an icemaker next to the frigde which we loved. Everything was perfect. Thanks Amanda!

Review of Amanda’s villa in Theoule sur mer

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Amanda’s villa. She is an incredible host and went above and beyond for us. A detailed email about the villa and area was sent prior to our stay. The villa is beautiful well equipped with a stunning view. If you don’t have a car it’s a bit of walk and 300 stairs to get to town but once you are there it’s full of restaurants, small beaches, shops etc. Ubers are difficult to get but she does have a contact. Amanda is very kind and helpful, she answered all of our questions quickly and if we needed anything during our stay she was willing to help. We will definitely be telling our family and friends about this gem and if we ever come back to the south of France I would stay there again. Lovely holiday thank you Amanda and family.

Unforgettable!

Een heerlijk huis op een fantastische lokatie. Vanaf het comfortabele terras is het uitzicht zonder overdrijving subliem te noemen, op de baai van Cannes aan je voeten tot het gebergte van het binnenland, 180 graden panorama! De villa is zeer goed geoutilleerd en bijzonder praktisch ingedeeld.

Dinner on the terrace.

We had a beautiful week in Amanda’s lovely home. She was a gracious hostess. Her house is beautifully decorated. Her kitchen has every tool needed to make a delicious meal. We also enjoyed barbecuing and eating in her beautiful backyard with a view of the water.

Fabulous property and stunning views!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Azura in Theoule Sur Mer. The views are spectacular and the property is gorgeous. The home is very clean and spacious with attractively designed bedrooms and newly renovated bathrooms which are tastefully decorated. There is a lot to do in the area with some pretty beaches, snorkeling and cliff jumping nearby. There are a number of excellent restaurants in the area as well. On top of that, the owner was wonderful to deal with. We would definitely go back.

Traumhafte Villa und supernette Gastgeber

Die Gastgeber sind entzückend und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Villa hat eine traumhafte Lage mit fantastischem Blick über das Meer. Alle Zimmer sind in Top-Zustand und alle Badezimmer neu renoviert. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Absolut zu empfehlen!
