Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Thénac. It has a floor area of 250 m² and can accommodate up to 12 guests. It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers) and a garden of around 500 m². Wi-Fi and bed linen are provided – we’re just waiting for you!

On the ground floor:

- A fully fitted kitchen including: fridges, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) and an open-plan bathroom (with shower, washbasin) and toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190), an open-plan bathroom (with shower and washbasin) and a toilet
- Bedroom 3: with 1 double bed (140×190)

The house is ideally situated in Thénac, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.
