INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

This is a done-for-you experience without a done-for-you itinerary.

We handle the coordination so your group doesn’t have to spend the trip organizing reservations. After booking, tell us who is participating and what each person wants. Then go enjoy your trip.

For added convenience, our property manager resides on-site in the separate Red Door Tiny House and is available if you need anything during your stay. Your group is the only guest group on the property, and the manager does not use your reserved home, domes, or gathering spaces. Other than coming and going by vehicle, you likely won’t see us unless you need assistance—or need someone to snap that group photo so everyone makes it into the picture.

We stay close enough to help and far enough away for you to enjoy The Connect your way.

Additional guests added to the reservation guest count will also add an experience selection.
Have overnight guests who do NOT need an experience?
Message us directly through the booking inbox with your total overnight guest count.

We can prepare accommodations for your full party while keeping the paid experiences attached only to the number of participating guests shown in the experience count, subject to the property’s maximum occupancy.
This works especially well for couples’ trips or mixed-interest groups — for example, some guests may want spa treatments, others may want golf, and others may simply want to enjoy The Connect and WinStar.
Additional experiences may also be added.
Spa and golf reservations are subject to availability. Booking earlier gives us the best opportunity to secure preferred dates and times.
The property is in a rural Thackerville setting near the Texas/Oklahoma line. A vehicle is recommended
