Best hotel stay ever.

Our room was very clean. We had a suite with a bedroom and a little kitchen. They supplied dishes, utensils, dishwasher, whatever you needed. The staff was great! We will stay at another Home2Suite for sure.

Very nice place but really pricey for Terre Haute,IN. The staff was helpful & polite. I thought some staff's wardrobe & conduct was low rent for a nice place. Front desk guy wearing his Braves ball cap & front desk lady wearing her flannel shirt over her hotel shirt are 2 examples. 2 more examples were a staff lady parked at the front door in the morning for an extended period and at times cleaning her SUV & staff smoking cigarettes on the patio to the south of front door. The supervisor needs to run a tighter ship. The woman running the breakfast food spread was superb. Overall it was a really nice place

Our only complaint is the shuttle service to the casino. We were offered a complimentary ride and pick up to go back to the hotel. We were told we had until 11pm for pick up. We called for our ride back at 1045 and we told the driver had already left for the night. We had to find another way back to the hotel.

Great staff!

We broke down on the highway and had to spend a few nights. Every single member of staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Our third night, by the time we found out that we were still stuck, the hotel was full. Jason made sure we had a room next door and watched our things for us while we went to dinner. Thank you for your kindness.

There was a hair in the kitchen sink and in the bathroom sink, the bed was OLD and the rooms desperately need updating. Your hotel needs to visit the Home 2 Suites in Catoosa, Oklahoma, that place is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have traveled the World.
