Potrebbe essere un bel posto...

La stanza è confortevole, con letti singoli. La sera (giovedì) si sente la musica di un locale vicino fino a tarda ora. La cucina non è dotata neppure di una macchina del caffè, né con polvere o cialde...almeno un caffè! Servirebbe una fascia oraria per poter arrivare in tranquillità senza l'assillo di un orario preciso.

Il posto ha una posizione ottima per camminare nel centro ma è in ztl quindi non raggiungibile in auto (non un problema se avete poco bagaglio ma scomodo se si ha bagaglio pesante o ingombrante). Parcheggi a pagamento economici nelle vicinanze. Purtroppo se le condizioni delle zone comuni era buone (frigorifero non pulitissimo ma il resto ok) altrettanto non posso dire della stanza. Pareti sporche, water non pulitissimo e poco stabile. La cosa più fastidiosa purtroppo è stato l’odore di scarico che pervadeva il bagno. Chiudendo la porta e lasciando andare l’estrattore si limita il fastidio. Con una rinfrescata alle pareti e una sistemata al problema odore il posto sarebbe davvero gradevole. Letto molto comodo

Alloggio ottimo, ristrutturato, in centro. Aria condizionata. Molti ristoranti in zona. Il locale sottostante piuttosto rumoroso nonostante la porta finestra chiusa. Sarebbe opportuno rimontare il coperchio del cassonetto per filtrare i rumori del locale e della strada.

Tutto bene, con qualche ma…

L’alloggio si presenta bene e buono è il sistema di ceck-in. Le scale sono decisamente sporche, come non si può invece dire dell’appartamento. La zona è centrale, quindi tra bar e ristoranti attigui, il rumore è onnipresente. Si può vedere il bicchiere mezzo pieno, in quanto le attività culinarie è di svago, sono a portata di mano.

La camera in buone condizioni e pulita necessita di piccole accortezze che possono rendere al top un soggiorno lavorativo: gradita (seppur piccola visto lo spazio esiguo), una scrivania. Anche qualche accessorio i più al bagno per poggiare gli asciugamani, può sicuramente aiutare. Tutto perfetto il resto.

La Movida sotto casa

Camera sita in un vecchio palazzo in una delle vie centralissime di Terni, La Movida è sotto la finestra per intenderci. La stanza è accogliente ed ha ttutto quello che necessita per un soggiorno senza grandissime pretese. In stanza c'è un condizionatore funzionante un bagno, anche se cieco, ben arredato e funzionale. Nell'appartamento c'è la cucina in comune, se uno desidera cucinarsi qualcosa, sia ben chiaro poi deve riassettare non c'è la governante. nel complesso consiglio questa struttura.
