Lovely place

We really enjoy being in this apartment. Vanessa and Ivan were friendly and helpful. The apartment was well equipped, topped clean and quiet. Big plus from fruits and flowers. We enjoyed also a sheltered terrace and a swimming pool area. However, your own car is almost necessary. Parking place is in the front of apartment.

Magnific endroit pour découvrir le nord de l'ile

Charmant appartement, bien équipé et décoré avec gout. La terrasse abritée, le petit jardin et sa proximité avec la piscine en font un endroit très agréable ou il fait bon passer du temps. Puerto de la cruz est le meilleur point de départ pour découvrir le nord de Ténérife ( 30km de La laguna, 38 de Santa Cruz...) el Teïde, la forêt d'Anaga etc... Quand aux propriétaires, ils sont d'une gentillesse incomparable et nous profitons de ce commentaires pour saluer une nouvelle fois leur accueil chaleureux. Géraldine et sa famille

Heerlijk! Een gevoel van 'thuis' tijdens de vakantie

We zijn langer gebleven in het appartement van Vanessa en Iván, omdat we het een super leuke plek vinden. Het is mooi ingericht, waardoor het een huiselijk en warm gevoel uitstraalt. Daarnaast is het ook heel erg compleet, waardoor koken goed te doen. Met de auto ben je in 5 minuten bij de boulevard en in de binnenstad met gezellige terrassen. Ook de Lidl zit op 2 min rijden, handig voor de boodschappen. We hebben genoten en raden deze accomodatie zeker aan!!

Perfect Apartment!

This was our first trip to Tenerife and we absolutely loved it! Vanessa and Ivan are the most nice people and the apartment was wonderful. Everything was very clean and decorated with love. The description and the pictures deliver a very good impression. We had fresh flowers and even some Cookies as a welcome. Vanessa and Ivan were always ready to help and live just across the street. The location is very good. Although we had a car (recommended), we enjoyed our 30 to 40 minute walk down to the city every evening. The Loro Parque is just 10 minutes away at the bottom of the hill. A Lidl supermarket, that we used to stock up our supplies can be easily reached by car in a few minutes. Puerto de la Cruz has some very nice restaurants. The ones we enjoyed the most were La Marea, Tasca el Olivo and Don Camilo. We loved to drive all over the island with our rental car. Tenerife as the most beautiful serpentines and views. We drove up to El Teide, Los Gigantes and Anaga mountains (very good hiking area!). We can recommend the apartment without any doubts! Thank you very much Vanessa and Ivan! Elegant apartment, beautifully decorated, charming hosts.

The apartment is a joy to stay in. It is superbly maintained and the attention to detail is thoughful and welcoming. The apartment is ultra clean. Although we never used the pool, we did make use of the gorgeous patio area which looks on to the pool. We found the location very peaceful and we slept extremely well. Vanessa, our host, who lives a short distance away, is kind, helpful and always upbeat and friendly. We'd highly recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone looking for an elegant, peaceful getaway.

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert

Wir waren vom 15. - 29.03.2015 in Puerto de la Cruz in Vanessas und Ivans wunderbarer Wohnung. Leider hatten wir sehr viel Pech mit dem Wetter, allerdings hat uns die Wohnung den Aufenthalt angenehmer gemacht. Sie ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Die Lage ist phantastisch, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe vorhanden (Auto ratsam), der Strand und die Stadt sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend, unkompliziert und nie aufdringlich gewesen. Rundherum ein gelungener Urlaub in dieser Wohnung und sehr zu empfehlen.

First class apartment

My wife and I Stayed at this apartment for a week in Mar 2015. We were met on arrival by Vanessa and Ivan who were very helpful and accommodating hosts. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cosy, comfortable with nice design touches to make it feel homely. The patio area and and little garden are beautifully kept and private, with a gate onto a very nice pool area with good views across Puerta de la Cruz. The apartment complex is well looked after, clean and tidy and was very quiet, situated on a cul-de-sac. We hired a car and although not essential I would recommend it for this apartment. You can walk to/from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, a very pleasant 30 to 40 mins walk along the shore front, there is a bit of a hill up to the apartment ...but its only 5 euros by taxi from the town centre. The centre of Puerto has plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and had a lively but not rowdy atmosphere. A couple of restaurants we liked, El Patio, Don Camilo, Hannen Bar (German - good steaks and beer). If you like folk type music we enjoyed an evening at Bar Cafeteria El Arado, amazing harp and spanish guitar playing, cheap good wine, lovely 'Irish' coffees and mojitos, and the music sounds even better when you've had all three.... There is a Lidl supermarket about 2 mins drive from the apartment which we used to stock up on provisions. There is no shortage of stuff to do, we visited Loro Parque (its only 10 mins walk from the apartment), did the drive around Mt Teide, visited the town of La Laguna, did the tour down lava tubes (very interesting), all are within easy driving distance. All in all a great holiday, and the apartment was a great place to stay, both as a place to chill out and laze around and also as a base to do the tourist things. If we return to Puerto in the future we would certainly try to book this apartment again.

Fin lägenhet med bra läge

Vanessa & Ivan är ett underbart värdpar som gärna hjälpte till . Vi var där hela februari 2015. Mycket trevlig lägenhet, bra med plats för två personer. Läget är perfekt om man inte är rädd för att gå lit. Storleken på lägenheten är Max:43 m2 inte 60 m2. Dubbelsängen är liten 180 cm x 135 cm. Mvh Helena & Kenth

Schönes Appartment und super schön eingerichtet

Wir waren vom 19.12.2014 bis 02.01.2015 vor Ort.Das Appartment war super schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir fühlten und sehr wohl. Alles war vorhanden, was im täglichen Leben benötigt wird. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und es ist in der gesamten Anlage sehr ruhig. Der Pool mit dem Meerblick und den Blick auf Puerto bis nach La Matanza ist grandios. Die Vermieter Vanessa und Ivan sind sehr freundlich und haben sehr viele Tipps. Beide sprechen sehr gut Englisch und Vanessa spricht sogar ein wenig Deutsch, so wie wir ein bisschen Spanisch sprechen. Wir würden immer wieder dieses Apartment buchen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem schönen Apartment und bei guten Wetter über die Feiertage auf der Insel. Lieben Dank an Vanessa und Ivan.

Super Urlaub

Die Angaben im Online Inserat bezüglich Lage und Ausstattung waren korrekt und haben unsere Erwartung sogar sehr übertroffen. Das Appartment ist bis ins letzte Detail sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Mit zwei Personen kann man sich in der Wohnung bestens wohlfühlen – es fehlt an nichts. Desweiteren gefiel uns auch der überdachte Terrassenplatz mit Blick aufs Meer und Swimmingpool sehr gut. Auch hier alles sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter haben uns liebevoll empfangen und bestens betreut. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die gute Lage in der Nähe des LORO-Parks. Der Strand und Restaurants sind zu Fuß in ca. 5 - 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Appartment kann wirklich sehr empfohlen werden. Maria und Günter

Wonderful! :)

I was with my boyfriend on holidays in Puerto de la Cruz in this wonderful appartment in November 2014. We enjoyed these days very much! The rooms are very friendly, clean and look exactely like on the photos! The view you get from the pool is really amazing as you look directely down to the skyline of the city! You can walk to the next bars and restaurants, easily (about 500 meters) and the Loro Parque is quiet near as well. Also the correspondence with Vanessa and Ivan was even very lovely all the time, because they are so kind! If you like to stay in the North of Tenerife, this appartment would be one of the best addresses in town!

Ruhige, kleine Appartementanlage

Ein sauberes, nett und gemütlich eingerichtetes Appartment mit einem ebenso schönen wie zweckmäßigen, überdachten Terrassen-Sitzplatz. Von der Terasse hat man Blick auf den zur Appartmentanlage gehörenden, beheizten Swimmingpool und das Meer. Das Appartment liegt in einer Sackgasse, ca. 80 m über dem Meer und ist auf Grund fehlenden Durchgangsverkehrs absolut ruhig. Für Entspannungssuchende absolut empfehlenswert. Der weltbekannte LORO-Park sowie ein kleiner Sandstrand sind zu Fuß in ca. 5 - 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt von Puerto de la Cruz oder auf der an Puerto de la Cruz vorbeiführenden Autobahn. Kurzbeschreibung der Vermieter Vanessa und Ivan: nett, liebenswert und hilfsbereit. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen - definitiv (noch) ein Geheimtipp. Andrea und Michael

Schön!

Wir haben die Ferien in der kleinen, sauberen und sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt war praktisch. Die Aussicht war herrlich und der Pool war nach den Wanderungen sehr erfrischend. Wenn wir wieder nach Teneriffa kommen, werden wir bestimmt wieder bei euch anfragen.

Tranquilo y acogedor apartamento de diseño.

Creo que somos los primeros inquilinos de este fantástico apartamento de diseño.Está situado en una calle muy tranquila en una urbanización junto al Loro Parque. El apartamento está completamente equipado y decorado con un gusto exquisito. Tiene una terraza perfecta para cenar o tomar el té por la tarde. Desde el jardín se accede directamente a la piscina que está justo enfrente del apartamento. El solarium tiene vistas a la urbanización y al mar. Los propietarios son muy simpáticos y amables y siempre fueron muy atentos en todo lo que necesitamos, una maravilla de personas. La verdad es que nos marchamos encantados con todo, con ganas de volver de nuevo. Una curiosidad, este apartamento fue el escenario en el que rodaron la película de cine "Seis puntos sobre Emma".

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Absolut ruhige Lage, saubere Wohnung, schöner, großer und auch im August meist wenig frequentierter Pool, guter Kontakt zu den Vermietern, Schlüsselübernahme aus Schlüsselbox unproblematisch. Kleine Abstriche: Wenig Möglichkeiten der Lagerung (kein Kleiderschrank, wenig Platz für Lebensmittel in der Küche, etc.). Keine Fliegengitter. Haben wir dann selbst im lokalen Supermarkt besorgt und provisorisch angebracht. Spülmaschine reinigt leidlich gut. Die Matratze des Schlafsofas ist für 2 Wochen in Ordnung (ca. 10cm). Parkplätze an der Straße im Umkreis der Anlage in der Regel kein Problem.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer perfekten Unterkunft. Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage ist ruhig und gepflegt. Check In hat reibungslos funktioniert. Nette Gastgeber. Gerne wieder.

Autumn 2022

A beautiful apartment furnished with great attention to detail and great facilities. The location of the apartment is quiet with a beautiful view. You can walk to Loro Parque in a few minutes. The terrace and garden invite you to relax and the pool to cool off. Apartment and facility are very clean and well maintained. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend it.
