It’s a cold mid- February weekend. On arrival, the flat was stone cold freezing. Only one (of two) of the wall heaters (not radiators) worked. We sat in coats and hats for hours until a maintenance man arrived. The heater was broken and beyond repair. The TV wasn’t working properly and there were no internet facilities (despite being advertised) so we were unable to stream. I asked for help with this, to no avail. There was no mattress protector on the bed, only an ill fitting sheet. This meant when the sheet came off you were left sleeping on a bare mattress. Ive stayed in lots of self catering accommodation and everyone has provided a hair dryer. I had to go out and buy one. Won’t be returning.

The location this property is fantastic. It is in a very quiet spot and we were not disturbed by any evening noise at all. Tenby is stunning and we were able to walk everywhere in the town we wanted to go. A previous review suggested another mirror would be useful and we completely agree! Lots of wall space to put one.

The apartment was in a great location just outside the town walls. It was a lovely modern and clean. The only fault was there was only a mirror in the bathroom nothing in the bedroom, which made it difficult when doing your hair.

Little Gem

Its one of those places, you kinda want to give a bad review so other would stay away and when you come back it is available! But that would be cruel. Well furnished, 2 min walk from multi storey, supermarket, 4 min walk to High Street, 8min to beach, very comfortable and enjoyable family stay.

Plenty of room ,and clean and modern ,only problem you could hear the refrigerator. From the shop underneath at night when your in bed ,seemed to come on every 6-10 mins ,annoying if your a light sleeper ,otherwise location good close to the car park .
