Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 1-bedroom dog friendly condo in Telluride. This lovely property features a comfortable king bed and a high-end sofa bed in the living room. You'll find everything you need, from an in-unit washer-dryer to WiFi, to make your stay fabulous. Park in the semi-private garage and forget about the car until it's time to leave. Unwind in the living area or on the deck facing Stumper (lower mountain ski trail), listening to bubbling Cornet Creek. This unit is 200 yards from Lift 7.
A short walk to lifts, dining, shops and galleries, this Telluride condo surrounds you with convenience. The semi-private garage will keep your car safe and dry during your stay (*The garage will not fit extra-long vehicles - max vehicle length 190"). We recommend leaving your car and walking/busing everywhere. Telluride is a very foot-friendly town and parking can be difficult in high-season.
Fall in love with Telluride and enjoy the magic it has to offer. The Cornet Creek Retreat is located on the west side of Telluride town. There are creative west-end eateries, Clarks Market for groceries, as well as the Wine Mine liquor store within steps of your front door. Choose to walk 0.3 miles to the heart of town, or take the free Galloping Goose town shuttle which has a stop only steps away from the condo. From there you can travel to the free gondola for Mountain Village access or into downtown Telluride in minutes. Walk 200 yards to Chair 7 for first chair ski access. The meandering San Miguel River trail is approximately 100 yards from the front door. No car is needed to access all of Telluride!
Located on the second floor of the building (above the garage and below one upstairs unit), guests enter into a large and open great room with lots of natural light. There is a full kitchen with a breakfast bar with seating for four connected to the living room. Kick back on the comfortable sofa as you stream your favorite shows and movies on the flatscreen HDTV. The sofa is a high-end sofa sleeper (5" memory foam mattress) for extra sleeping space. Enjoy your coffee or a cold drink on the balcony overlooking Milk Run (lower mountain ski trail) while enjoying the sound of Cornet Creek.
The granite counter breakfast bar is the perfect place to enjoy a meal you prepared in the full-sized kitchen. The stainless steel appliances and dishwasher will make cooking (and cleaning up!) a breeze. Clark's Market is a 100-yard walk from the door, which makes food shopping super convenient.
The bedroom is spacious with a king bed, tv, and plenty of storage for all of your belongings. There is a desk in the bedroom in case you need to get some work done during your stay.
There is a stacked washer and dryer in the condo to keep your mountain gear smelling tip top!
The lockable gear closet in the garage is a convenient and safe place to store skis/poles and snowboards.

This is now our go-to in Telluride. Our host, Aimee, was wonderful - super responsive and accommodating. The place is fantastic: dog-friendly, phenomenal location right in the historic district, perfect size for our little family of 3, comfy king bed, comfortable living room, nice little deck that gets lots of afternoon sun. Our truck wouldn't fit in the garage (garage spot!), but Aimee helped us out with a street parking pass and we never had trouble finding a spot right by the place. There's also a free parking lot for during the day just across the street. Oh and the access to the river and riverwalk! Right across the street. Perfect for walking our pup.

This is a beautiful and convenient property that is well maintained and well appointed. We were a little bit confused about parking and finding the unit when we arrived, but the host was immediately responsive throughout the entire process. I loved our stay in Telluride. The condo was clean, comfy and well-appointed. It was a convenient walk to the main area in town, including the gondola to get to the village up on the mountain. It was a short walk to a nice grocery store. Although we had a car, we didn't need it at all for our entire stay. That said, a HUGE bonus was the available parking garage on site, since parking in town is often challenging. Finally, our host, Aimee, was outstanding. Check-in was easy and when we had questions, they were answered instantly. We would definitely stay there again, 100%!

Wonderful location close to the gondola to get to the mountain and walkable to all that downtown has to offer. Being able to park in the garage was huge. Aimee was so responsive and communicative. The unit was perfect for a short stopover on our way back to Arizona.

Great spot in town!
Loved how accessible this location was, it was exactly what we were looking for to get a quick get away from Denver. The driveway/parking was a bit confusing at first but Aimee is an incredible communicator and immediately helped us find our way!
