Riverside Premium Cabin is a crowd-pleaser on the Tellico River. This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3 and half-bath log cabin can sleep up to 10 people. Large cabin with a massive 25-foot ceiling. on the Tellico River. Directly on the river with spectacular views of cascading rapids and a 300-foot rock face in the background. Enormous private deck that hangs out over the river adds to those views of the Tellico River. Located In the mountains but 2 miles from the small historical town of Tellico Plains and very easy to find. There is cell service also! It is on the Cherohala Skyway so perfect for Motorcyclists and Fisherman.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. My group of 4 (total) girlfriends LOVED this place!!!The cabin was magical. Hearing the constant roar of the river was calming, intoxicating. I cannot state how kind & responsive the owner was. The two balconies were stunning. We will be back.

place was not ready when we arrived first thing we encounter was garbage at the front door there's was sign of a break in there was black tape and wood covering one of the glasses from the door this was very unpleasant and kind of concerning but we where still optimistic and gave the benefit of a doubt, only to be presented with a no paper towels nor toilet paper the washer was full of dirty clothes and there was wet towels on the floor.moving on to the kitchen refrigerator ice machine was broken there was small bottle of dawn dish soap that had been water down a lot the dark blue color was barely a light blue this is a sign of cutting cost and not prioritizing cleanliness very concerning, there was only 3 forks for a cabin rented for 10 people one of the pans was really rusted the oven gloves where probably clean only when new. cabin was fullof bugs that's something that should be made aware to future guest, when we contacted the host he did offer to bring the missing toilet paper and paper towels but didn't feel comfortable having a stranger come in when I have minors and teenage girls around so I told him that I would buy all the missing supplies, because this thing should be ready before guest arrive.to finish off host was very rude when we told him we where not going to stay the 3rd night hung up the phone and threaten to call the police on us wow this had to be by far the worst experience we have had while renting a cabin, this was supposed to be a special new years ..

Stunning cabin with 25’ ceilings. Loft area with balcony overlooking the downstairs living room. Bedrooms, one and two have their own private baths with access to the outdoor decks. My favorite thing about the cabin was spending time on the decks overlooking the Tellico river. The sound of rushing water was very soothing. We had two afternoons of rain, but I was still able to enjoy the outdoors on the covered area of the decks. The Ironworks Grill is assessable from the Riverwalk behind our cabin, and only takes a 2 to 3 minute walk. The Tellico Beach Drive-in is located about 1.3 miles from the cabin and has wonderful milkshakes. A trip up the Cherahala skyway has magnificent views. I also recommend a short drive to Bald River Falls. The waterfall is gorgeous and has great viewing areas. I would’ve given this cabin, a five star review if we had not encountered a few issues with housekeeping and maintenance. I have, however, contacted the host, and hopefully these issues will be resolved. Even with these issues, I would definitely stay here again. The cabinet itself and it’s waterfront location are wonderful, and I would definitely recommend !

Loved the cabin!!!

The cabin is just as beautiful as the pictures. It's a fantastic location. We loved hearing the waterfalls at night.The owner was super nice and went out of his way to accommodate us. There's also a fantastic restaurant that is a one-minute walk away. The food was great & and very reasonably priced. It was very charming and had great views of the river, and we enjoyed listening to the live band. If you stay at the cabin, don't miss the restaurant. I will be recommending the beautiful cabin and restaurant to all my friends.

River walk

It’s a wonderful location right on the beautiful white Rapids of the Tellico river. The boardwalk underneath could be trimmed up and cleaned up some and a swing for our cabin would be really nice and steps that enter the river we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you so much.

Perfect location on the water

A group of six car enthusiast we stayed in this location because of the proximity to the Cherohala Skyway and ironworks Grill. The location for us was perfect. Parking was a bit tight for three cars, but not bad. The unit had plenty of space for all of us and was very clean, except for the master shower. There was mold from the floor to about 8 inches up the walls really could use a better scrubbing. Sitting on the desk next to the water was awesome at night. We would stay here again.

Very disappointed

The location was absolutely perfect for us. The property could be beautiful if it was properly taken care of. We walked in & were very disappointed to find the property was not cleaned. There were dead bugs in every area of the house. One ceiling fan was completely filled with bugs & none of the fans have been cleaned in what appears to be months. There was a spill left on the cabinet near the trash can, coffee grounds in the maker & the oven was covered in crumbs. The master bathroom shower has been dripping for years according the guest book. The sinks & tubs were not cleaned either. I attempted to do a load of laundry and was met with a washer full of mold & mildew. I spent an hour scrubbing the machine before it was tolerable to use, but it still desperately needs a proper cleaning. I reached out to the host the first day & never heard from them. We will definitely find another place to stay for our future visits even though this location is perfect.

While this cabin is really well appointed and has plenty of room and an excellent layout, there were numerous shortcomings. Upon arrival and taking in our supplies, I first discovered that the countertop in the kitchen was extremely sticky (it took cleaning it twice to remove it), then the dish drainer as well as the sink underneath the drainer was littered with food and filth. So I cleaned that too. Later I discovered used coffee grounds still in the coffee maker. The window sills were littered with dead bugs and there was long black hair in the upstairs bathroom. The microwave turntable was nasty as well. Our friends arrived and we discovered we had no water pressure, so we called about that. Then we realized there was no hot water, so another call. It took Thursday evening, Friday and Friday evening and several visits from numerous repair personnel to finally get it all fixed. Other issues: We did not receive the code to enter the cabin and had to contact people to try to get that 1-2 hours. Because you had a hair dryer, I did not take one with me. There was one, and only one, in the cabin; however, it would only operate on low and with my thick head of hair, it was practically useless. We were not able to shower from Thursday's arrival until Saturday morning. I do believe you need better cleaning service. FYI, all the windows are filthy. Thanks.

Excellent property, excellent management, excellent loacation!

Really enjoyed this property! We were very impressed by the property size, the pics don’t do it justice! Typically, rooms, etc. end up being smaller than in the pics because of creative picture angles…not this property! We were blown away at how big and nice it was! The amazing lower deck (there’s an upper as well) went right to the end of the river. Exactly what we were looking for. You can see the great restaurant Iron Works from the deck. There’s a cool path from the property along the river all the way to the restaurant. Pretty cool! Codes worked, locks worked, water was clean (RO at the sink), all appliances worked great, plenty of towels, plenty of blankets and sheets…just not a single complaint I can think of. Will absolutely be staying here again in the future.
