Exceptional staff, magnificent boutique hotel

Personalized, friendly service and the staff contantly did things that amazed us. The location is great, the people were the best ever!! I wish we had known about the Spa service, I would have planned to enjoy their services.

Service was good, but the hotel needs updating and rooms are very small. Breakfast is not on site which does give you the opportunity to see some of the local cafes not not great for convenience.

Great neighborhood lots to do

This hotel has a New York vibe to it. Staff is amazing, there is wine and water in your room. Comfy bed, the only negative is small room but this would not stop us from staying there next time we are in. Tel Aviv.

Trendy and comfortable urban boutique hotel.

The Brown is a great hotel. The staff friendly, the lobby inviting, the covered patio with free wine, coffee, cookies and soup, lovely. My only complaint is that the rooms were exceptionally small, so small that one of our rooms, the door opened into the nightstand.

A hipster hotel (in American terms :-)

With the exception of one miscommunication (that affected the person who was picking me up after check out), the communication was excellent with front-desk staff. They were all very helpful and fun to talk with. I enjoyed the room--it had the feeling of an upscale hotel. One cautionary note (not a bad thing, but just be aware): If you want to use the lovely roof-top jacuzzi, you should make sure you plan in advance and ask the front desk to help you...because it does not have an internal heater and thus, it has to be filled with hot water before you use it. It is a lovely experience and worth the wait for it to fill up!

The room is queen bed no king It's allowed one person at the time to walk in the room , the smallest ever No coffe maker I paid for breakfast but I didn't get it cuz the want me to walk 15 mints to a restaurant out side the hotel to get breakfast

Great stay, great service. We stayed twice, at the beginning and end of our trip. The first time our room was small, but more economical, (but still great!). The second time we paid more for a spacious, also awesome room. Great place.
