Espaço bonito e aconchegante

O local é realmente muito bonito e aconchegante, o Virá realmente nos impressionou com a sua arquitetura e beleza natural do local. As refeições foram no geral muito boas. Um ponto de melhoria são as refeições fora do pacote café, almoço e janta, já que no dia em que chegamos (com bebê) não havia nenhuma opção para alimentá-lo antes de chegar o horário da próxima refeição. Ficamos um pouco incomodados com a limpeza do espaço kids. A limpeza e arrumação do chalé também não ocorreu durante nossa estada, mas trocaram as toalhas após solicitarmos.

A desejar!!

Chegada com chuva na recepção. Falta de um tapete na entrada da suíte e também de um guarda chuva para ir no restaurante, o que estava no quarto não abria. E a comida não foi o esperado. Salmão seco e risotos muito ao dente e Carnes não estavam macias. Também faltou vinho no quarto, nem cardápio nem carta de vinhos. O café da manhã poderia melhorar um pouco mais em opções mas era bom. O que salvou foi a instalação, paisagem, gentileza dos funcionários e o passeio a cavalo e de charrete, funcionário muito atencioso.

Excelente lugar com funcionários extremamente gentis. Prefira os chalés isolados para que tenham mais privacidade, alguns são parede com parede e acaba vazando som. Perfeito para crianças!

O lugar é lindo, sensacional. O dirceu da cavalariça é um homem simpático e responsável, o passeio de cavalo é o ponto alto da estadia. De coisas negativas, a parte da comida, quando falta ainda meia hora pro final do almoço ou jantar a comida está fria ou então alguns pratos ja acabaram. Em uma das manhãs quando pedibpra fazerem um café fresquinho, esquentaram o café da térmica no microondas, achei bizarro. Então se vc curte uma vista e sossego vá lá, pela comida não vá, que vc nao é bem servido.

Lugar muito bonito. Atendimento excelente. O único porém é que não foi avisado antecipadamente que haveria um custo de R$ 250,00 por dia na hospedagem de nosso cachorro. Pagamos R$ 1.000,00 pelos 4 dias que ficamos hospedados. Se tivessem avisado antecipadamente, teríamos deixado o cachorro em casa. Outro detalhe é que não ofereceram nada para nosso pet que justificasse o valor da diária. No demais ótima opção.

Bom com potencial para melhorar.

Ficamos numa acomodação em terra, bastante confortável. O local é bastante aprazível, com muito contato com a natureza. Muitas espécies de aves são vistas nas imediações (identifiquei pelo menos dez espécies e havia outras que não reconheci) e seus cantos alegram o ambiente. Porém, alguns aspectos merecem atenção como por ex.:presença de moscas no restaurante, que poderiam ser evitadas, ainda que se trate de "hotel fazenda"; poderiam dispor de mapas que facilitariam a orientação dos hóspedes nos deslocamentos; na mesma linha entendo que poderia haver mais orientações escritas nas acomodações sobre o funcionamento do hotel; a produção de hortaliças na horta orgânica me pareceu bastante tímida; a estrutura de sustentação do pomar de kiwi e maracujá merece uma manutenção; uma toalha fornecida no nosso chalé estava com em estado "sofrível" destoando das roupas de cama que estavam muito boas.
