I expected something better. When we arrived, we found the bathroom not entirely clean, and the sheets and towels had a musty smell, most likely because they had been dried indoors. We mentioned this to the host, but instead of offering help, she just said he was disappointed that we were not happy, as other reviews were positive. We also found a broken plate, reported it, and never heard back from the owner. I have traveled a lot, and this will be the last time I book with a private host. I was misled by the fact that it was advertised as a sea beach resort, but it had nothing to do with that. On a positive note, the resort staff was very attentive and always helpful. This review is for verde 15 not the sand and beac resort.

Absolutely brilliant time at this property, wanted for nothing! Everything you could possibly want was there (except WiFi) but we purchased that at reception and took our fire stick for evenings when we cooked for ourselves and had a night in. We hired a car and took in various parts of the island which was great. The host, Suzanne was brilliant too and quickly responded to any queries we had. The bed was comfy too! The washing machine was really useful. Only one little thing annoying was because of the constant breeze in Lanzarote, it was necessary to clean the patio every day because of the sand that blows up but that is the only niggle we had.Would definitely recommend this property, it is very private and secure with the host installing a gate to the entrance to the patio area.Shops and the main ‘Square’ for restaurants, bars and shops is about a 10 min walk and the beach is only a 2 min walk.The host also provides an extremely helpful information book which contains lots of info and tips for places to visit.Thank you Suzanne, we had a wonderful 2 week stay. Comfortable apartment

Lovely apartment with everything we needed, comfy bed.We were not overly keen with the complex, it’s big and quite soul-less. No shades round any pool meant it was difficult to be out for any length of time. Sunbeds and shades at Lido cost guests 6 euros every time, thought this was a bit much to say we were staying on complex. Wifi costs also add to overall price of holiday and not had to pay for wifi at any other place we have stayed. Love Costa Teguise but won’t be returning to Sands Beach.

Very well equipped apartment. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We had an infestation of cockroaches caused by a refit in the apartment below. This took 10 days to resolve so somewhat spoiled our stay. Suzanne was in touch regularly during this time and was a responsive host. refit down

Lovely apartment with great views

Apartment had everything you could need/want. Balcony was great complete with comfy sun loungers as well as a table, 4 chairs and a parasol.The welcome pack provided had tons of useful information. 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants. The complex itself was exceptional with a great choice of pools as well as a bar and onsite shop.Small room for improvement would be a wee paint job on the bedroom ceiling and bath plug was a little rusty.

Great 3 week stay

Fantastic Location with Sea Views and a very private balcony for all day sun bathing. 15/20 minutes tomain shops and restaurants but quite a few on the walk in. Apartment had everything we needed for our three week stay. Great communication with Suzanne.Weather fab everyday which was a real bonus.

Relaxing Stay in Verde 15

Verde 15 was well appointed with all you could need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. Provision of a washing machine was a real plus for us, as was the VERY comfortable bed. The amount of storage including numerous hangers was also brilliant. There was ample space for us with a lovely view of the sea. Access for less able walkers should be considered as Verde 15 is accessed via a number of steep stairs through the complex. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the host Suzanne couldn't have been more helpful and was always a text away. Thank you

Enjoyable stay in Costa Teguise

This property is ideal for relaxing and chilling. The well equipped kitchen means you can make snacks and meals in the home and just relax taking in the views. We stayed for 19 days as part of a longer stay in Costa Teguise and the whole home was clean, well equipped and pleasure to stay in.

Great equipped apartment with access to good pool

This property ticked the boxes we wanted, which was a property at a good price and access to a 25m training pool for our kids, that swim. The property is surprisingly spacious even with the fold out sofa and other fold away bed down. The apartment is well equipped and the use of washing machine is great. The property owner was very responsive to any questions. The hotel itself is not luxurious, but was what we expected and is a little bit of a walk to some of the main restaurants, not an issue but why I have given 4 not 5. Would return again in future.

Return after many years

Winter sun break. The weather did not disappoint. Not been back to Island for 20years so it was great to reacquaint ourselves with both old favorites and new additions. The apartment was well equipped and had very comfortable furnishings which made our stay very easy. As we now live in Canada this was a farewell visit to Lanzarote which we really enjoyed. Very nice apartment

Suzanne was very easy to contact, we loved the location, especially the 25 m pool to swim every day with no children or lilos was bliss! A reasonable walk to the main areas but added a bit of exercise into the day, smaller supermarkets closer for water etc. buses nearby and 1st stop so even if a busy time always got a seat. We would definitely use the apartment again and recommend it to friends and family. Louise and Pete.

Sands Beach

Great apartment with everything you need for a home from home stay.Great location if you like walking as part of your day but shops and bars close to the Sands Beach Resort if you want to have relaxing days too. Lots to see if you like people watching wdue to its location infront of the heated Olympic pool used by all sorts of professionals and holiday makers. Suzanne the host was always on hand at short notice if needed and if you fancy staying in there is English TV channels as well. All in all i would definitely stay at Verdi 15 again.
