We offer you a wonderful apartment with a pool located in one of the most charming towns on the island. If relaxation is what you want, look no further, this is your place! It is located in a key geographical point, right in the center of the island. Ideal for spending a few days disconnecting and visiting the main areas of interest and the best beaches of Lanzarote, located just a few minutes away.

Our apartment has everything you need: it has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living-dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, juicer and all the necessary cooking utensils.

In the house you will have a hair dryer and everything you need to wash your clothes in a specific area, towels, sheets, as well as Smart TV and WIFI. Satellite receiver with more than 200 television channels in English, German and French.

As the weather is always good, you can also relax in a spectacular pool, enjoy a huge solarium to sunbathe or have a barbecue.

Guests are required to show a valid ID upon check-in.

VACATION HOUSING

The nightly rest of the neighbors must be respected. It is mandatory to control the emission of sounds after 10:00 p.m.
Loss of keys will incur a surcharge of €50.
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace of the house.

Nazareth perfekte Lage

Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles neuwertig, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Genau wie auf den Fotos. Von Nazareth kommt man in 15 min zum Strand, nach Arecife, und zu sämtlichen Supermärkten. Ich werde gerne wieder kommen.
