Oceano refurbished

We went to Oceano a few years back it needed refurbished, well I was shocked to see how much it had changed, absolutely lovely. Definitely go there again, all amenities on your door step, plenty bars restaurants etc.

Really good place. Rooms are big, hotel reception staffed and helpful. Adults only so little noise. On-site food is day only but you can pick up a bite to eat and have a drink. No real downside's; cleaning and towel changes are not daily but a small price to pay for a hotel in or around the budget price range. I would go back.

Very central location to most bars and restaurants and cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic as well as the pool area - we couldn't fault it at all. The only comment I would make is the gentleman who checked us wasn't very friendly and just advised us to keep coming back to check in as we arrived at 11am and said our room wasn't available until 3pm when check in states 2pm which is something small but after being up since 3am we just wanted to unpack etc.

Great location will be good after renovations.

Hotel is in a perfect spot and would have been lovely if the refurbishment was not taking place whilst we were there. When we booked the break 12 months before the actual break we were not informed the hotel would be under renovation!!

Basic but comfortable and clean

Accommodation was basic but clean. everything we needed was in the room. The property was closing on 1st April for a month for a refurb as there was already work going on wile we were there. Deb and Liz in Debs Diner are lovely and do a lovely brekkie and a nice latte. There was also a lovely roast carver on a Sunday - Not sure about arrangements during and after the refurb. Right next to the square. Basic but comfortable and clean
