You can order your favorite drink or have a delicious meal at the privately owned convenience restaurant located at the center of the property which serves up local cuisine and drinks every day of the week. Have fun playing a volleyball match with your family or friends. The kids have a ball sliding from the waterslides and building sand castles on the unique black volcanic beach. Delight in admiring the beautiful Monterrico Sunrise and Sunset on the canopy beds or on the sandy beach.

And lastly, if you decide to stay in, you can watch your favorite movies, shows or games on the cable TV or DVD players; one TV in the master suite and the other in the family room. You can also have fun playing board games.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals. If you don’t fancy cooking, you can always order in from the convenient restaurant which delivers right to your doorstep.

You will have the whole Villa to yourself. Complete access to everything Villas Los Cabos has to offer: 24 gated security, swimming pools and jacuzzis, lounge areas, dinning areas, direct access to the beach (only 50 meters away) and laundromats (charges apply, ask for the coins at front gate).

The Condominium has strict rules that must be abided by during your stay. I will send all rules and regulations via email. I will need to send a form with all the names of the guests and identification or passport numbers of all of the adults in the party. A picture ID of the person in charge is also a requirement.
