Location is quite far from Downtown and difficult to access. When I made my reservation it said 5 minutes from the Downtown and we traveled 25 minutes with lot of steep ups and downs. The receptionist was not really friendly at all, there was no hot water in the shower, the spa bathrooms were really bad and stinky.. The jacuzzi pool was nasty. The kids pool slide was kind of dangerous. Beds in very poor condition and too noisy due to other guests' pets, Poor disabilities access. Bad WiFi connection. Really nice sunset and views

Under Construction Hotel

The property is splited in two. If you pick the rooms with two beds, you will have to stay on the section wich is under constrution, no security, no wifi and out of the main property.

The property is beautiful very nice very clean very quiet only eight minutes ride with the TAXI that cost 45 pesos which is two dollars and some couple of sense the stuff was unbelievable they went backwards to please me I would definitely recommend it very highly

En general es un lugar muy agradable, cuenta con los servicios necesarios para pasarla excelente. Recomiendo la junior suite, es amplia y muy cómoda, además que cuenta con tina de hidromasaje. Volvería a ir, sin dudarlo.

Todo está genial, solo que nos dieron una habitación sin puerta en el baño y se pasaba el agua y se tenía que estar limpiando, otro tema con el tanque del agua que no caía, en general está muy bonito y agradable, solo esos dos aspectos que nos pasaron

El hotel tiene la parte vieja, donde las habitaciones están muy deterioradas, la parte nueva está en construcción, les falta personal por lo que el servicio es malo, está muy retirado de Taxco por lo que hay que estar tomando taxis

El lugar es muy tranquilo, perfecto para relajarse, pero el restaurante estaba cerrado, había visto fotos de una linda terraza y no pude acceder para tomar fotos de los alrededores, no hay nada que hacer en el hotel y no hay nada cerca compara salir caminando, de hecho se ve poco amigable, el centro está a 15 minutos en taxi, allá pude tomar y comer algo

El hotel está bonito y la gente es muy atenta, pero las instalaciones son malas, el ruido de la calle y del restaurante es muy fuerte dentro de las habitaciones, las puertas tienen vidrios esmerilados y entra toda la luz de iluminación y del sol. El restaurante es muy malo y caro, la comida de la alberca es mucho mejor.
